    Good Points: Good picture quality, amazing sound reproduction (Dolby Digiatal mode), wirless suround speakers.


    Bad Points: The picture quality lasts only a few months, bad focus at the corners, bad converange, poor after sales support.


    General comments: The Philips 32PW9765 television set was bought 11 months ago,and it's picture quality was very good. Unfortunately this quality didn't last longer and focus and converange problems apeared the last 5 months at the corner of the screen. My opinion is that the CRT went out of specs and will keep going worse as the time pass. The support from the Philips distributor for this problem is poor and they claimed that this appearance is normal. Not for me. As a conlusion I can say that the test at manufacturing stage is poor generally for all the Hi Tech TV manufacturers.
