      Good Points: Easy to follow and a great workout


      Bad Points: None really, I have done Hatha yoga for a couple of years and wanted a DVD for home.


      General comments: Inch Loss Yoga is a great DVD - a good workout but not too strenuous. It's easy to follow and I liked that I could just do what I wanted or I could do the whole hour. I felt wonderful afterwards. Highly recommended!
