It was very good and i have enjoyed following the programme for many weeks as there is a basic and intermediate workout included.

I found Basic Yoga Workout for Dummies to be a really good introduction, everything from posture to breathing is explained and although the positions are quite difficult at first; I found myself picking it up relatively quickly. As a novice, I have found this the best yoga DVD so far as it really does break everything down for you. The instructor has gone for the more relaxing approach as opposed to power yoga which I found really enjoyable, although this may not be for everyone.

Great for a beginners first foray into yoga; I'd definitely recommend it if you haven't done yoga before but it's not terribly useful of you're super fit or you've been to classes before.
