Good Points: It guides you through a complete workout in yoga even if you have never done it before, it is good to follow and you can really get into it.
Bad Points: At some parts it goes a bit quick, when you really need it to slow down and explain.
General comments: It was very good and i have enjoyed following the programme for many weeks as there is a basic and intermediate workout included.

I found Basic Yoga Workout for Dummies to be a really good introduction, everything from posture to breathing is explained and although the positions are quite difficult at first; I found myself picking it up relatively quickly. As a novice, I have found this the best yoga DVD so far as it really does break everything down for you. The instructor has gone for the more relaxing approach as opposed to power yoga which I found really enjoyable, although this may not be for everyone.
