Good Points: Great for beginners - nice, calm and relaxing, and it's also fun.
Bad Points: None.
General comments: I think this workout DVD is fantastic, it doesn't shift loads of weight in one go; but it is slow and steady and for me that works.
It's particularly good for anyone who's just getting started. I definitely recommend it!

I borrowed a friends Beverley Callard - real results for getting back into exercise after a long break, and the workout on the whole is quite gentle. It's not too bad once you get past the bad outfits and music but not energetic enough to shift serious amounts of weight. I wouldn't recommend buying if you want a proper workout.
