Anthony Horowitz - Point Blanc - Alex Rider, teenage spy, is needed by MI6 once again. Having worked for them once, down in Cornwall, Alex is reluctant, but is blackmailed into accepting. Two of the world's most powerful men have just died very mysteriously, and the only link is that they both had a son who attended Point Blanc Acadamy, a school in the French Alps. Alex is sent undercover to be a pupil at the school, pretending to be a supermarket king's troubled teenager. He arrives and meets t ...

Anthony Horowitz - Point Blanc is an audio book consisting of 5 CDs and the approx running time is 5 hours 44 minutes. The 5 CDs are enclosed in one box, making it very handy to carry in the car. This is the second book in the Alex Rider series. The descriptions of characters and gadgets seem to make this book play like a movie in your mind, and hopefully will one day follow the Harry Potter series and make the big screen. Very soon after the Stormbreaker experience, Alex finds himself back ...

Anthony Horowitz - Point Blanc - This is about Alex Rider, a fourteen-year-old spy who works for MI6 - but just wants to be a normal school boy. Alex attends the acadamy in France hoping to find the answer, but when he does he gets into more trouble than he bargained for. It's a brilliant book which always makes you want to read on - ...

I think that Point Blanc is a really exciting book. The beginning is a bit weak and could be done differently to better draw the reader in, but other than that, I wouldn't change anything.

The book can be dull at times but I kept at it and got to the instresting parts. But don't skip the first part because it explains a lot about the story of Alex. Is is overall a wicked book!

As soon as I started reading the first sentence, I thought that the book would be boring, but I was totally taken by surprise, it was the complete opposite to what I had thought! So many twists and turns that won't allow you to put it down.
