Barbara Currie - Seven Secrets Of Yoga is a really good dvd, it's great because it is split into small sections. I do 10 mins every morning, it helps me wake up and feel ready for the day. When I've got more time I'm able to do the whole/parts of the dvd. It's great for improving your posture and flexibility. Although you won't become really fit from doing the dvd it's brilliant for relaxing and using as a cool down for any additional exercise. It's good for all levels because you can really see yourself improving. It tones your muscles and because of your improved posture you definitely feel slimmer. The only thing I would say is that it does take a bit of practice to do the moves whilst looking at the dvd, but after that it is great I even find myself doing them throughout the day beacuse they make you feel really good and energised.
