      Good Points: This yoga has the ability to completely transform the body and truly attain your fitness goals. It is a total body workout that strengthens and stretches the body leaving you with a blissed out feeling.


      Bad Points: none


      General comments: I love this studio and would be lost with out it. It is clean and light filled with friendly teachers and clientele. The classes totally kick butt and get me moving and sweating. the ab workout and gong meditation at the end are definitely a highlight. New or experienced this is the studio to try. It is habit forming.
