Good Points: Light, accurate, dependable.
Bad Points: Everybody wants to borrow it.
General comments: At some point shortly after they came out I aquired one. At that time I had little interest in any gun not made entirely of steel and wood. But, this Remington had away of growing on you. In those days I often went on all day hikes and hunts through the wooded areas near my home. Thats when I discovered the value of this little rifle. It was so light you almost forgot it was there. I took many a squirrel and running rabbits with this gun. It never jammed or bobbled once. In a moment of madness I traded it away. A great rifle.

The Remington Nylon66 .22 autoloader is a true "Tack Driver" (accurate enough to drive a tack). I picked mine up during a shotgun trade, I traded a Citori 20 ga. skeet for two Citori 20 ga. field guns and the Remington Nylon on the side. After a year in storage I took it out to play with and couldn't belive how it shot. It quickly became my favorite 22 and I've taught both of my sons to shot rifles with it. Hardest descion I'll have to make is which one I'll will the rifle to.

The Nylon66 is a very accurate gun and loads easily. The one of my Grandfathers is a gun that hardly ever needs oiling. All in all it is a very good gun.
