Good Points: This movie in my eyes, was an unbelieveable movie and mostly every person that i showed the movie to, absolutely loved it... There is no movie like it and it keeps you on the edge of your seat. The Actors and Actresses were fantastic, and The Special Effects were also amazing. The Zombies are freky and make you think "could this really happen....."
Bad Points: I thought that this movie was fantastic and had NO bad points. (For Proof) - I liked the movie so much that I saw it the first day it came out and I loved it so much that I saw it again the next day...
General comments: "At the Beginning of the 21st century The Umbrella Corporation had become the largest commercial entity in the United State. 9 out of every 10 homes contain its products its political and financial influence felt everywhere. In public it is the worlds leading supplier of Computer Technology, Medical Products, and Health Care. Unknown even to its own emploees its massive profits are generated by Military Technology, Genetic Experimentation, and Viral Weaponry............"
These are the first words in the movie Resident Evil. To put it in laming terms The Umbrella Corporation was doing illegal experimentation, which intern made their massive profits...
There is a computer Generated person running the Underground facility called the HIVE owned by The Umbrella Corporation and she goes homicidal killing everyone in the hive (a half of a mile underground)... and an elite team goes down to the hive to find out the reason... They ended up having to disengage her power and defense mechanisms for fatal reasons... and when they cut her power all the doors became unlocked and the ZOMBIES, ZOMBIE DOGS, and other creatures called LICKERS come out and haunt them... while they only have three hours before the doors at the hive close and bury them alive...

Resident Evil was a movie based on a popular Computer game but as for it relating to the game I don't know as I have never played it. This was a great movie however when I finally saw it on DVD.
It's the future and a company called the Umbrella Corporation has products in all the homes but also does secret experiments in their underground facility. The main computer detects a lethal virus in the air and kills all 500 people of this facility. The Red Queen (main computer) cannot allow this out ...
