Good Points: Its a good board, average everything.
Bad Points: It has a weird dip on the nose which I'm unsure about and its pretty heavy.
General comments: The Voltage skateboard has not necessarily got any outstanding points but it has average curve, average pop, average everything. Its a little heavy and i find it difficult to do rotational flips (i.e pop shuv-it) while flatland..
the board works fine on a halfpipe though.

I would advise to buy a different board but if you really want that one it's OK if you don't know how much better other ones are. It is sometimes good to get used to a bad board then buy another one which should feel brilliant compared to a voltage. Elements are probably one of the best brands for beginners.

Nothing much. Voltage skateboards are very light and strong. A bit to long for my liking though so thats the only bad point. On the whole i would recommend the Voltage boards though.

I skate for stateside skateboards, and to be honest, i prefer the other version of this board as it has better trucks and hardware.etc. It's good for beginners because it's easy to use and is of good quality and shape. Not for the good experienced skaters though

The voltage board is really well made and is a really nice board to learn on because you can just be boarding round the streets. Street skating, you can learn like that or you can be pipe riding and skatepark. Riding this board is an all rounder and can do really anything.

The Voltage skateboard is an excellent beginners board, It will take a lot of punishment from bails and crashes etc...I have had mine since 2000, so it has lasted me 4 years. The board is really quite heavy compared to others on the market, the grip tape does peel east and the bryond trucks kingpin has a specific alan key which is annoying when you can't find it, tip use a flat headed screwdriver this does work.
All in all a good first board, and the only reason I am upgrading is because I des ...

I bought the Voltage skateboard in the Voltage set-up with Beyond trucks and some Voltage wheels.
Good deck with nice pop and nice colour and concave. I have ollied 2 litre coke bottles (as begginer) and down 4 steps.
This deck can cope, bit expensise. £25 for this blank is a bit steep. Good beginner deck though.

Well. It's good for beginners and mid but for pro...obviously pro decks are the business. So im upgrading to a world industries dead willy deck, or a bam element one. I prefer them.

This is the perfect board for beginners. It's a little heavy so buy a different, lighter one if you are more advanced and want to get some air. I got mine for christmas so i don't know how much it cost but it has lasted me from 2000, that's three and 1/2 years now. The only reason i need a new one now is because i ruined the trucks (which already had a minor error) when i fell whilst going over a launch ramp, the board flew off and the trucks, which were quite loose, and fell off.
All in all, ...

I have had this board for nearly two years. It's the one with the guy being electrocuted for the graphic. The bearings were abec3 but i upgraded them (not because they wern't good abec3s i just wanted something faster)The wheels are really small which i think helps you to accelerate faster and have more control although it does make the ride rougher. The trucks are oookay i don't really know as i haven't tried many others. Even though the board is heavier than many i still learned to ollie on it ...

THis board is pretty good. I'm a beginner, but I know what are good things to have on a skateboard. MOst Voltage boards have seven layers which makes it pretty strong. The trucks are usually medium and is very easy to use. There are some problems though. The board is heavy, but for a good reason (strength). The weels and bearings are a little tight/slow (but that can always be replaced). The weel and trucks aren't very attractive.

Don't buy a voltage skateboard.they are not worth the money at all - you could get a lot more for £60.Buy a united skates board instead, if you'er a beginner.

Voltage deks are great for bigginners but they are very stable and very long lasting. I have ridden mine for a year and it hasn't even got a chip. The only bad point is it is heavy.
