Good Points: This is a classic comedy from the Monty Python team. The Black Knight and Bridge Keeper scenes are funnier to this day. Classic lines include, "I tore your arm off!" (King Arthur). "No you haven't!" (Black Knight). "Yes I have, look." (King Arthur). He looks at his arm: it's just a fresh wound. Priceless. Monty Python are my heroes. I love their sense of humour.
Bad Points: There are only two bad points to this: the virgin sketch (Sir Galahad tale), and the abysmal ending. I know, it's the joke, but c'mon. Aside from this, go see it now.
General comments: Monty Python and the Holy Grail - Monty Python are comedy legends whose comedy style is simply stupid - in a good way. The Holy Grail is no different from from beginning to the middle is priceless. The middle part is the pointless virgin sketch. Michael Palin could have had a better tale than this. The only funny bit from this is the get on with it lines. Then it gets better. I've got the DVD version and its awesome! The Knights of the Round Table done in lego is funny as hell. It is an awesome move. Go get it now or I'll kill you with a banana.
