      Good Points: Carnival of Souls is a classic masterpiece. The eerie music and shocking scary scenes make Carnival of Souls a winner.

      Bad Points: It could have been done a little better, but as this was a budget movie it is understandable

      General comments: CARNIVAL OF SOULS stands the test of time. It's scary, unsettling and eerie. Few films have ever done that with me. It should be said that Herk Harvey as the phantom, and Candace Hillgross as Mary Henry are excellent! I love this movie, and I think it is a masterpiece.
