As mentioned, it sends the hollywood film to shame. It`s a classic style anime such as akira and ninja scroll in the way that it was done with hand drawn animation rather then todays anime which are pretty much entirely done on computer which looks rather cheap and less respectful.I`ve watched this film more times then I can count, although I loved the game when I was a lot younger.
There was never a suquel. The Ending is satisfying but if you continue on after the credits you`ll find its an open end.
Just a fantastic manga flick worth watching. If you like the street fighter games then you`ll love this. Also, keep an eye out for Akuma before the Dhalsim and Honda fight.

Street Fighter 2 - The Movie - I loved the Video game when I was younger, but watched the Hollywood version at the time and was a little dissapionted. A few weeks ago came across this in the video store, and thought I'd give it a chance. I was not disappionted, this was great and was spot on with each and every character, if you love the game, you'll love this.
