    Good Points: Smart to look at.
    When it works it works.


    Bad Points: When it breaks down Nespresso are the worst customer service providers - you pay a fortune for the maching and they expect you to pay to have the machine returned.


    General comments: The machines from Club Nespresso (D150/D250/D300) are smart and when they work they do produce an remarkably good quality coffee at a very good price per cup - BUT the service support is appalling - I spent several hundreds of pounds on my sparkly machine only to find that it broke down days outside of the warranty and Nespresso expect you to pay an astronomical costs to return and have your machine 'assessed' - not fixed, just assessed!!! The local refuse dump is now the proud owner of my machine and Nespresso have lost a life long customer as my loyalty is now elsewhere.

    I loved this Nespresso coffee machine. It made great-tasting coffee quickly and easily. My machine began to leak when making coffee. I sent it back to the service center with details of the problem. I got the machine back from sevice three weeks later. It included a note that said it was "not leaking." Silly Me! I thought it was leaking. I tried to make a cup of coffee. It leaked profusely. The service center aparently did not test the machine at all. The service center did not bother to call me ...

    The Nespresso D-Range is specially adapted to its exclusive capsul system. Each model incorporates the latest technological features to prepare an espresso under ideal conditions. Espresso can not be more perfect, cleaner or consistent then with an Nespresso machine. Automatic or manual, with a D-Range from Nespresso it is always a perfect espresso experience.
