Good Points: Compact, easy to use, almost mess free.
Bad Points: You have to order your coffee on line.
General comments: We have had our Nespresso C190 coffee machine for approx 4yrs and not had a problem with it. It is still as good as the day it was purchased. We have received good efficient service form the online ordering and the delivery has always been on time and accurate.

Look, anything is an improvement over the quality of typical office coffee, so also this Nespresso C190. But it should not be compared with a typical Italian expresso, a coffee served at a top restaurant, or an expresso made by an experienced afficianato using a high-quality machine.

With the C190 Nespresso has once again revolutionized the espresso market. It's distinctive design, advanced extraction process guaranteeing a consistently perfect cream and automatic ejection system for the Nespresso coffee capsule combine to make the preparation of a espresso much more clean, enjoyable and perfect.
Not only a great design, but also a perfect machine.
