    Good Points: Easy to use. Versitle. Takes excellent pictures. Upgradable memory Card.

    General comments: I bought this Nikon Coolpix 900 from my cousin a while back. I have owned it for about 2 - 3 years. It has been a great camera and takes excellent pictures. The rotating head on it makes it nice to take a picture of something up high or over a fence because you can use the LCD Display to view what you are taking a picture of. It has Black & White capabilities to make old style photos with a good quality. The head will rotate 270 around and you can take a picture of yourself (but who would want to do that). The card is upgradeable very easily. I had an 8mb card with mine and I purchased a 32mb card and I can take about 198 pictures on the 32mb card on the lowest setting of picture quality. The lowest setting of picture quality will make the picture cover an entire sheet of 8 x 11" paper. There are 2 more settings above that to get better looking pictures but I have never used them because the basic gives me the picture I need. With my laptop I use a PCMCIA card to read the Compact Flash cards which is good enough for me. There are other card readers out there such as USB connection and I do have one like that but I use it on my Desktop. New, this camera runs about $600-800. But You probably wont find them in the stores new. Overall it is a very good camera if you can find it. Works great for a descent price, I would recommend it to anyone.
