I booked a holiday to costa brava with jetline travel and after booking read all the reviews (mostly bad) so I was very concerned and worried about going my holiday but I went anyways as I did not want to loose my money! Although I ended up paying a bit extra from what was advertised and had to do a 1 stop flight all in it was an amazing holiday got there safely and was booked into a lovely hotel, transfers wer booked by jetline and were on time! Everything was fine and dandy would defo book again! Think some of the reviews are a bit harsh and jetline are certainly not cons as my experience with them was fine

Never having went on holiday with Jetline before we were a bit wary. But the holiday was fab smooth sailing through at the airports pick up was hassle free. The hotel was well situated and very nice the staff couldnt have been more helpful. The trips we had organised again went without a hitch. All in all it was a very pleasent and relaxing experience, even thought we were getting in lots of sightseeing and barely stopped. I would use Jetline again and have now issues recommending them to a friend.

No complaints here. We booked a mini break to Iceland through Secret Escapes and the booking came through Jetline holidays. After placing our booking we were contacted by Jetline who offered to change our flights to a much better time of day to maximise our time away. I thought this really considerate and they were very helpful in helping make sure we had the best deal to suit us. The flights were budget airline but no complaints the plane was clean and relatively comfortable, and the internal transfers went smoothly. The Hotel was fantastic, brilliant location, warm comfortable rooms, great food and very helpful reception staff. It was rated three star but could have passed for four in my opinion. The only downfall being we weren't booked on the Northern Lights excursion on the first day of our trip as subsequent days (when we were booked in) were cancelled due to poor weather, but they can't control the weather.

I booked an all inclusive holiday to Puerto de la Cruz through icelolly.com on the deal of the day, only realising that the company I was dealing with were JT Travel after making payment. I came on here and read the reviews and felt sick, so many bad experiences had been had. My experience of them is brilliant. I dealt with Sunny and Sheldon both were polite and helpful. All documentation for flights, hotel and transfers were through within 12 hours of booking. We set off on Feb 23rd, where unfortunately we had head winds and were delayed by 45 minutes meaning we had missed the transfer but within an hour a new transfer had been arranged and we were on our way to the hotel. Palmeras Playa although very nice and clean(the cleaning staff were excellent and very friendly)was understaffed and we were constantly having to ask at reception for someone to man the bars. The food was barely warm but it was edible after a blast in the microwave. We were told to expect a text message on Thursday to give us our transfer pick up time, I received it on the Tuesday morning. On the day of our return the bus was waiting for us 5 minutes before the scheduled time. I would recommend JT Travel as they were friendly and efficient and will definitely use them again.

We booked with Jetline Cruises for the Azamara Quest Monaco Grand Prix cruise. We were a party of 8 and Derren handled all our booking details and we couldn't say we were disappointed with anything. All matters were managed correctly and when one of our party cancelled, they even managed to give a partial refund on the deposit. We booked (and stayed in) the Westminster hotel in Nice and all was as it should have been. Great Grand Prix tickets in the grandstand, all included. Exactly what it said on the tin! I thought they gave good service!

Booked with them last year and was really worried about everything after reading the reviews. Last year my e tickets wasn't sent I had to ring a few days before I was flying and get the tickets emailed which was a bit of a pain! But all in all the holiday was okay, hotel was as described and really enjoyed the location. Booked through icelolly.com again this year only to realise Jetline had the best offers again....the best offers by far! So I thought why not! I booked, all okay..... they did the usual trick of your airplane seats will cost more then expected....which they did last year, but I am not really that bothered as it still worked out the cheapest. This year I've noticed a vast improvement, my e tickets have been sent 2 weeks prior to departure, all my holiday documents were sent the day I paid the holiday in full and to be honest I'm really pleased with the customer service this year... I fly in 2 weeks, fingers crossed...so far so good. Give them a try, they are atol and abta protected and really cheap!

I use a lot of travel agents for late bargain holidays, however, I found Jetline Travel to be really helpful and gave me the best price. I had to call them several times to discuss my options they were very professional and in the end I got the holiday that I wanted.

After booking my holiday I read reviews on Jetline Travel and was worried that we would have problems. They do act as agents only and if you want a rep on site etc maybe you should spend more and book with a company which has a rep - effectively a hand holding service. Our holiday documents arrived in a timely fashion. All flight details were forwarded. On arriving at the airport we were allocated a coach which took us to our accommodation. The accommodation and resort were as desribed however I had already done some research via google. The transferes and flights were great on the way home too. I would definately use Jetline Travel again. They did offer a room upgrade but knowing Greece well, one room is much the same as the other and one of the flights came in slightly higher than advertised but the holiday was still on the whole much cheaper than comparison companies. The contact details for the transfer company changed just before we were due to travel. We received a phone call and an e-mail with this information.

this is not correct
they do not act as "agents only"
they will TELL YOU that they act as "agents only" so they can avoid the responsibilities of being the ATOL holder, so when you have a hideous experience, they will say "we are only agents; you need to speak to the airline/hotel/ground handlers etc (anyone but us!)
They "package" an easy jet or ryanair or whatever flight with a hotel room. As soon as a flight seat (on ANY airline - even a budget airline) is "packaged" by the holiday supplier with any one other element (ie hotel room)
THIS MAKES THEM THE ATOL HOLDER
If they do not take responsibility, you should report them to ABTA or even better, your local trading standards office (www.tradingstandards.gov.uk)

I had read reviews about this company and so when it came to book a holiday I made sure I had covered all services in detail. The rep I dealt with was extremely helpful and efficient nothing was too much trouble.. All documentation arrived well in time before travel and the flights, transfers and hotel in Athens was extremely good with excellent service from all concerned. The cruise was aboard the Cunard (Queen Victoria) and that is another story which includes missed destinations and the dreaded Noro Virus. Obviously these problems were nothing to do with Jetline Travel. This holdiay was extremely good value and sounded too good to be true but it was! I would not hesitate to book with them again and I have told friends about our holiday.

Booked a cruise on Celebrity Equinox with Jetline. The lady in admin was very helpful, phoning me back on two occassions to save me hanging on. We got the cruise for a very good price. She arranged flights from Liverpool with Eazyjet which included 20kg luggage allowance. We hadn't travelled with a budget airline before but the flights were on time and ok for the short 2hr flight. We paid extra for transfers and the taxi was waiting for us as we walked out of thr airport and picked us up at the end of the holiday exactly on time. All the paperwork was available to download well in advance of the holiday. We were worried after reading the reviews of Jetline but had absolutely no problems.

Recently booked a holiday with Jetline to Corfu which we went on in October. We didnt have same issues as some others listed here and if we had checked first we might have had second thoughts about booking it in the first place. We did have to pay extra for transfers and baggage on plane but I think this is the norm with most companies. I called a few other companies before booking and the price always shifted which was very strange apparently flight seats sold out or rooms gone and system not live data etc. Seems a common issue with most of agents I had called anyway. Guess we were lucky ones but our holiday was fine and cant complain on this occassion (apart from transfer being a bit late at airport).

We had heard some negative feedback from certain blogs & websites, but price was unbeatable to put simply, I booked with someone called 'Maria', I felt I had had the best sort of service from her as she was very knowledgable, and we actually went with her recommendations because she checked the hotels' feed back (palm Wings in Bodrum) on tripadvisor for us. We are now looking forward to our holiday in May excitedly- the only negative aspect is that we were not told that it would take 7-10 days for our paperwork to come through (flight details were e-mailed immediately)- and it was very difficult to get through to client support- luckily we were informed by Maria, and we did receive the paperwork shortly afterwards... it is worth going for , we would recommend as they have great holiday ideas, and we were not able to get the same deal anywhere else.

We have used this company 3 times now and found all the staff most helpful, even when we were bartering with them for further discounts (well we are Scots). Always helpful and we got the holiday we wanted at a price to suit. So far every holiday has been hassle free, so would recommend them.

I didn't read these reviews before I booked (fortunately), but have now just booked my 4th cruise through them. I have had some really great deals with them and never been unfortunate enough to suffer the poor service that some reviewers have had; I would say though that perhaps communication could be a little faster on occasion (that would be my only negative point. Overall very satisfied, but I am a seasons traveller and don't need my hand held at every step of the way.

My husband and I booked to go on a Nile Cruise, then the uprising started so our cruise was cancelled but as our carriers were easyjet who were still flying to Luxor as normal were only offering an alternative destination or a voucher valid up to one year for the amount spent so we decided to cancel. I spoke to Adam who was very helpful and called me when he said he would and assured me the money for the cruise would be in my bank account within a few days.(which it was) I can only say my experience with Jetline was a satisfied one and I will be calling to arrange another holiday shortly with Jetline.

We flew from Heath Row to Toronto for 3 nights in Marriott Hotel and had a day trip to Niagra Falls included. Then flew to NY to sail home on Queen Mary. This trip was very good value and we have no complaints. We would not hesitate to book with Jetline again

Having read many of the reviews I was very concerned but feel I should put in my "two-bob's worth"...probably out of relief that everything went so well! After booking our family holiday to the Aquis Hotel in Corfu back in April, I had wanted to add on our step-son onto the booking and found it quite difficult to get through. I must say that until that time I had found the salesman that initially took our booking down really helpful and knowledgable, despite the fact that one could tell he had an accent. I did get through to another salesperson who I found a little lacking in knowledge and did not know how to add my stepson to the booking. My stepson had looked online and saw many negative reviews for Jetline, and I did wonder what on earth had made me book with them and how stupid I had been not to check online prior...Anyhow, in hindsight I now realise that due to the ash cloud incident had stretched the customer services department which explained why I found it so difficult to get through- other temporary staff had been drafted in apparently. Eventually I added our step-son although this did up the price quite a lot as we had to take an extra room (he is 17). Having been on holiday I have kept the number of the clerk that helped me, he was really good - I'd say give them a go. I waited to see how the holiday panned out - but everything went well, the flight was on time, the transfers took us to Pelekas in Corfu, the hotel is amazing (Aqis Pelekas Beach), all was as promised by Jetline, I think you get good & bad in all companies - but I paid a lot less for this holiday definately give them a whirl!

I recently booked a holiday with Jetline to goto Costa Brava. Called many companies and none of them seemed to be able to give me the holiday for the advertised price so I ended up booking this one. Recieved etickets as agreed and holiday was as expected and enjoyed a nice four days in the sun.

Dear Janeyjacobson12
This review was not wriiten by anyone working for Jetline Travel Limited.
Furthermore, we object to the comment regarding the 'trick' about seat prices and why on earth would a travel company write something like that about themselves??
Thank you to the person who posted the original review - we appreciate that you can see we are good value for money. However, should you wish to discuss what happened during the booking process, please don't hesitate to contact us.
