Thank you Jetline. We had a brilliant holiday from beginning to end. They were really efficient and helpful in making the changes we wanted. We were kept informed by email and everything confirmed by post. If I had one concern, this was the Oxford Hotel in Rome. The Hotel was in a perfect position, helpful staff, perfectly clean and ok breakfast, but is a bit like a dolls house. “NIGHTMARE!!!”

These people are a nightmare, I'm constantly told different things about the tickets, charges, luggage etc. Every time they tell me they are right, but they never say the same thing twice! “Combined Queen Mary 2 cruise & USA/Canada”

First time we have used Jetline & very impressed. Our itinerary required many tickets/transfers & activities pre booked. Everything went like clockwork (apart from Amtrak train breaking down - not Jetline's fault). The quality of transfers were much higher than expected - EG, upmarket saloon from Toronto hotel to airport. We have no trouble in recommending & will be happy to use the company again. “We lost our deposit through bad customer service”

We booked a cruise thorugh JetLineCruises. They are very keen to get your deposit ringing everyday to make us book. Once deposit paid..nothing we had to chase and chase them to see if our flights were booked, weeks went by no booking. They even tried to rip us off with an inflated cabin upgrade. In the end we canceleed and wrote them a letter of complaint. It was a prty of 4 people. No appologies and they kept the £800 deposit. Beware you have been warned. After reading quite a few negative reviews I was a bit concerned, but I can only speak from my own experience and say how impressed I was with the whole experience. Seeing an advert in the Daily Mail I booked a 3 night stay in Budapest (Hilton City Hotel)Can only say that everything ran just like clockwork. “Don't get caught”

We bought a deal on Wowcher for an all inclusive 3 nights holiday to Costa Del Sol. We were redirected to Jetline Travel to deal with the bookings and other details as they were the tour providers. The saga began from when we received their first call. Firstly, the dates we wanted were not available then the airport was very far for us. Having a bit of a mare with them at the moment. I paid £200 to upgrade only to be told an hour later that I couldn't have the apartment I asked for. I was told I'd been upgraded to a deluxe studio, later I discovered all rooms are classed as deluxe. And the hotel say don't do upgrades as all rooms are the same. Jetliner then said it is because I requested a pool view and balcony with a view. Again hotel say all rooms have exactly that.
Today I get an email saying I can't have the original hotel and have offered me an equivalent, mmmm I've checked the Internet and it looks more like a downgrade to me. Apart from the hard sell lack of my upgrade refund, three phones which take forever to get through an email with a response time of one hour (actually it was about 36 hours.) yeah their spot on.
I reserve the right to change my mind about my comments if they change it to a five star or flying from my local airport. Lol

latest update on my nightmare booking, Jetline are insisting as I requested a pool view or balcony that was my room upgrade. I can't explain it enough to them that I only agreed to it, as I couldn't have the apartment.
The alternative accommodation is another studio which I declined and was told by Jetline they would speak to their agent and get back in touch with me.
Ive waited two weeks for a reply, today they say I have accepted the accommodation and it has been confirmed with their agent. At what point do they think a refusal to accept, or a request for a refund of the upgrade price, is acceptable to the customer allowing them to book the holiday accommodation.

I booked a holiday to costa brava with jetline travel and after booking read all the reviews (mostly bad) so I was very concerned and worried about going my holiday but I went anyways as I did not want to loose my money! Although I ended up paying a bit extra from what was advertised and had to do a 1 stop flight all in it was an amazing holiday got there safely and was booked into a lovely hotel, transfers wer booked by jetline and were on time! This company (jtholidaygroup.com) can't be trusted. They offered a GroupOn deal for Iceland for 2 nights in Iceland. The deal looked good but really wasnt - late evening flights out then early morning flights back. I could have booked far better for the price. I argued with the Indian call centre at booking (I had already paid via GroupOn) and they conceeded and offered better flights - or so I thought. We booked a combined trip (Celebrity cruise in the Eastern Mediterranean plus a stopover in Rome) with Jetline Cruises. Jetline provided transfers and accommodation but had delegated these to third parties. The third parties did not provide a good service in Rome. “Treated Shamefully”

A holiday to the Teos Village in Turkey. Jetline described it as 5 star. We defiantly paid a 5 star price. What a shock. The superior room we paid an extra £275 pounds for did not exist, never had. The hotel explain they had no idea what we were talking about. The room we did have was so small it did not even contain a small chair. It was just too small. Free WiFI, no. I had a similar experience in July went to Cuba - 6 weeks before due to travel had a call from them advising hotel no longer available - offered another hotel which I researched before accepting. When we arrived - London to Havana via Zurich - 14 hours altogether - no booking. We had to pay for the first night as Jetline offices closed. The hotel was bad. There was more water coming from the wall than the shower head. I complained and was offered a newly decorated room in which everything worked. Next morning contacted Jetline (£80 in total for phone calls) and was told it would be sorted. I received a telephone call lunchtime advising all sorted. That evening we were contacted by Public relations officer for Havana to say that we could not stay in hotel as it was fully booked (4th July celebrations) and we should never have been offered it. We were moved (very embarrasingly in a clapped out old van) to a hotel that was even worse. It had nothing we had booked - no balcony - wine was not included in the all inclusive - only one restaurant - food inedible - rats running around outside - cockroaches in the rooms and on the stairs - dried blood left on the stairs for the whole week we were there. Also the pool area smelt so strongly of vomit we could not use it. We could not contact Jetline at this time as their offices were closed and by the time we were put in this hotel we only had another 5 days left of our holiday. We are taking legal action against them for breach of contract. Regardless of anything they say my solicitors says that their paperwork proves they are legally responsible for this package holiday. It has cost us a lot to sue them but we are so upset that this seems the only way to stop them doing this.

“Terrible experience with Jetline”

Paid over 2K for 10 day holiday via Jetline in Ios, Greece. They didn't book the hotel! We turned up after a 14 hour journey to find this out. The hotel staff at Dionysos resort were excellent and sorted us out with alternative accommodation as best they could but it's not what they paid for. If it hadn't been for them we would have been really stuck. Took multiple emails to Jetline to get any response at all (they woke when we contacted them via Twitter & Facebook). “Take great care if you use this company”

In February we booked with this company a Holland America cruise to be taken in January 2015 and paid a deposit. We heard nothing from them for weeks so phoned them to get acknowledgement of our deposit and requested an invoice for the final total costs. We belatedly received the invoice on 20th May. “No Accomodation PULA”

Jetline left us standed in PULA Croatia as they failed to provide us with a local contact for the accomodation. The Voucher they provided only gas an address which turned out to be the local supplier UNILINE who were closed as we arrived at 23:00 on a Saturday.
