    Booked a cruise with jetline last march.The price was exceptional.Sailed from Southampton to New York on the Queen Mary 11,had 3 nights in N York(great hotel which only cost a minimal amount to upgrade)internal flight to Fort lauderdale were taken straight to Celebrity Constellation for a 16 day cruise back to Harwich.There was a coach arranged for journey back to southampton(£30 extra)It was well organised,the staff at Jetline cruises were brilliant,nothing was too much trouble,they called me back when they said they would.The only hiccup was a delayed journey back to Southampton but this was because of a road accident on the motorway and although some of the passengers got irate ,it was completely unavoidable.Would definitely recommend Jetline.

    WELL ORGANISED AND EFFICIENT. VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS.
    ATTENDED TO ALL SMALL DETAILS AND GAVE VERY USEFUL ADVICE.
    COMPETITIVELY PRICED HOLIDAY AND ALL WENT ACCORDING TO PLAN.
    I WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND JETLINE TRAVEL TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
    FORTUNATELY ALL OUR TRAVEL WAS ON TIME AND THE PLANE FLIGHTS VERY SMOOTH.
    EVERYTHING WAS FULLY EXPLAINED TO US VERY CLEARLY BY THE AGENT PRIOR TO US BOOKING THE HOLIDAY.
    WE WILL CERTAINLY BE USING JETLINE AGAIN FOR FUTURE TRIPS AND HOLIDAYS.

    Just come back from a cruise on Liberty of the Seas. Stayed 3 nights in a great hotel in Fort Lauderdale called the Lago Mar. Everything went to plan and taxis were the prices they said they were. This is the 3rd time I have used Jetline Cruise and I do know they are run very differently to Jetline Travel.     booked a cruise holiday with their agent MAX and found to-the-point and knowledgeable - price was good, upgrades offred were the real difference to make it a lot more enjoyble holiday. can safely recommend Jetline Cruise

    An absolute joke of a company. Booked a week's stay in Egypt as a late deal and was phoned back after 15 minutes stating that the prices had changed and that we would have to pay £180 more than originally stated, then another phone call stating that they had tried to take the extra money but couldn't as the credit card hadn't the sufficient funds, which I stated would be the case as we had booked according to what I could afford.

    November 2007 we did a jetline package cruising the nile and one week a/i hotel in luxor nile cruiser an old rust bucket most of the passengers went down with tummy bug crew not very helpful gym consisisted of rusty exersise bike same with travelator massage area small tent with holes in it !!!! the pyramasis hotel in luxor all inclusive ??? wine & beer till ten pm not one to moan but jet line were not very helpful in most aspects of our trip . would never use this company again

    Jet Line Travel have got to be one of the worst holiday companies i have ever dealt with.

    I was told there was no flight from Birmingham airport, and only 6night holidays to Benalmadena, so we would have to travel 70miles to East Midlands airport, the next day Jetline advertised the same holiday from Birmingham airport for 7nights !! I rang immediately but they wouldn't change my booking.I also had to write complaining about the fact my card was charged with a higher amount than quoted, they did eventually refund me!     Terrible company. Incorrect pricing - take all of your credit card details then call you back and say it is not available. We wasted a whole evening messing about on the phone to Jetline Travel - and the cost went up by £700.

    Booked a 2week stay in Egypt for myself and my partner back in december with Jetline Travel, we had paid for a 5star all inclusive hotel, and paid to stay in one of the suites. Just rang the hotel to confirm the booking, after reading some worrying reviews on tripadvisor, and have been told that we do not have a suite and one is not available. Waste of time and money, do not use jetline travel!

    All the lads, 10 of us had a wicked time, the operator sorted the 3 night break out for us, price was perfect cheaper than any other company we spoke to, fantastic job, cheers Jetline

    It seemed very easy to book via Jetline however we phoned to book in the evening but the lines were busy so we left our number for contact, they rang us the next morning, by which time the cost of the holiday had gone up.The Hotel we went to, The Annabella Hotel in Incecum, Turkey, was a disaster. The hotel was mainly Russian/German and we were not made aware of this fact. We have nothing against other nationalities, it's just that we found it difficult to find anyone who spoke English even in ...

    When booking the holiday Jetline said they had to call back to confirm that the flight had been booked ok. 2 hours later no phone call so I rang them. They then said they would call me back in 5 mins to confirm but 2 hrs later still no call so I called them again & finally got confirmation. They then said they had to call me to confirm that the hotel had been booked ok in the morning but they did not call etc. etc.

    Excellent value for money. Specially the red sea holidays fantastic prices and really good hotels. We would surely use them again for our December holidays. Delay in the customer service they need to look upon. But I think its the same anywhere these days. I must say the agents do take care to listen to you and find a perfect solution. Keep up the good work. We will use you again Jetline

    I would never use Jetline travel again, and would advise anyone thinking of booking a holiday to go elsewhere. The customer service is very poor. I booked a 2 week stay in Antigua to find I have been allocated a substandard room with no air-conditioning, TV or bath!

    Jet line didn't explain this at the time of booking, and when I finally did get hold of them, after making several calls which I never got a return to and then refused to change it.

    Now I have found out that as this is not a pack ...

    Operator tried extremely hard to get me a good price fare outward to pick up the cruise. Without his effort I could not have afforded the holiday.
    A responsible and ethical company to use and I have no hesitation using them again.

    We had a good experience with Jetline. We have booked with them before and we did notice that the service was maybe not as great as previously but we got a great price and the overall experience was more than acceptable. I guess as with any company there are good and bad days.

    We booked a holiday in January and travelled to Red Sea Sharm in April with Jetline. We have used them before. Noticed that the booking process was not as smooth but overall everything was acceptable. Holiday was excellent and we had no problems at all. I guess as with any company there are happy customers and unhappy customers, we are happy and would recommend for sure. Hope this review is useful.

    Booked holidays, paid and received a phone call that this package is not available. Took ages to get money back. Rubbish !!!!!!
