“Do not book early, prices drop within days !”

Jetline Cruise advertised a Caribbean & Panama canal cruise and we booked an outside cabin with picture window on deck 8 at £2380 each. I was assured this was the best price they could do.Two days later the same cruise is in the "Mail" at £2149 for a balcony cabin. I 'phoned to say that I was disappointed and asked if I could change, to save and get a balcony and was told that it would cost £375 . I find that charge exhorbitant for an admin. change. “Well done JETLINE”

Have just returned from a break to Vienna to visit the Christmas Markets. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Booking was straight forward. All documents and info was emailed. Jetline arranged the taxi transfer for us which obviously was extra, but not excessive, so we were taken straight to the hotel in a comfy taxi and were picked up and taken back to the airport. “Daily Mail Lake Garda / The Greek island cruise 11days”

The hotel Du Park at lake Garda was first class food very good accommodation also very good. The Royal Caribbean Vision of the Seas was excellent, the food was very good the staff and entertainment brilliant.Now for the Bad Part, the connections were horrendous. My husband and I also paid for the same holiday but were booked into the Palace Hotel. Very nice hotel and found 6 other couples who had booked the same holiday with us. Only given b and b, but I had queried this with Jet Travel before we started our holiday,and were told there were plenty of places to eat in the area. Not so, the hotel did not do meals, there were no hotels near that were open and no restaurants in the area open because of a national holiday. Everyone in our party were looking for a meal after traveling all day. When asked at the reception I was told "why did you come here at this time of year as it was the end of the season and everything was closed"????? Not a good response to say the least. The next day we had to travel to Desenzano Town about 10 kms away to find a place to eat, we only found one small restaurant open. It kept on going down hill after that, everyone in our party were complaining, but we had to go to the supermarket up the road to get any food locally. The rail connection to Venice was bad, the train did not arrive,but that was no-ones fault. We managed to jam onto the first train to arrive at our station and Conductor tried to get us off saying there was no room, but everyone stayed put. Arriving in Venice it was even worse we had decided by this time to all stay together and managed to find the people carrier to the Port after a lot of hassle and the baggage people outside did help,but of course we had to pay to get our baggage taken to the people carrier. There were some disabled people with us through all this and my husband is in his 80's and I'm in my late 70's there was no-one from Jet Travel to help all through this fiasco. Getting to the ship was a long walk dragging suitcases with us, no mention of this when we booked our cruise. The cruise with Vision of the Seas was o.k. But beware of Room 4000 on deck 4. This room is next to the engine room and we suffered 3 sleepless nights due to the noise and had to ask to be moved. The visits to the islands we felt were too short to see anything but we accept that this is par for the course. 2 days before we were due to leave the ship I found out that we had to disembark early in the morning and as our flight was not until 8pm we had to spend 8 hrs in the airport. The staff on board the ship did try to alter our flight, but we would have had to pay £180 each, so we decided against this, the airlines comment was "why did we have such a late flight booked as there was plenty of capacity available on all the earlier flights". So in future beware of this!!!!! I did query this when I booked but was told there was nothing available earlier by Jetline.
All I can say is Never Again with this Company, they are the worst Travel Firm I have ever come across and I am amazed that the Daily Mail would put their name to holidays run by them. So Beware, Beware, Beware.

“Everything went perfectly! ”

I was very worried after reading these awful reviews but luckily we had a great holiday! The flights were fine and the hotel was amazing!! Customer service was good, although there was some misunderstanding at first they tried to be as helpful as they could and get us the best offer. Never book with this so called company! The advertised price is false and when you complain about it, they say it is not the live price.they said "flights booked sir, accomodation booked sir" only to be told after we had given our card details that the flights were no longer available.i asked for a full refund only to be told that the hotel had been paid for and they wanted another £89pp to change flights. “Awful experience”

Booked hol they took 227 deposit cancelled it sayin no seats on plane and said they d tel back with a diff holiday this never happened discovered mo cash had been taken from account tel them several times either they can t understand your words or they re c people they tel this am 8 am ! “What an absoloute joke of a company”

Have now spent almost 3 hours going back and forward with this joke of a company. They give you quotes over the phone (which are inflated compered to what is originally advertised) you ask them to email you the details of what you have agreed prior to sending any money to ensure that there are no hidden charges, all they are willing to send is a reference number, you plead, how can you possible part with large sums of money on the basis of a reference only, they keep fobbing you off with spiels… Read Full Review

Have booked a holiday touring in America by Amtrak & a cruise with Carnival to the Western Caribbean with this company, due to depart Sunday. We might as well have done it all ourselves for the little they have done & what they did do was full of errors. Thank you Jetline. We had a brilliant holiday from beginning to end. They were really efficient and helpful in making the changes we wanted. We were kept informed by email and everything confirmed by post. If I had one concern, this was the Oxford Hotel in Rome. “Combined Queen Mary 2 cruise & USA/Canada”

First time we have used Jetline & very impressed. Our itinerary required many tickets/transfers & activities pre booked. Everything went like clockwork (apart from Amtrak train breaking down - not Jetline's fault). “We lost our deposit through bad customer service”

We booked a cruise thorugh JetLineCruises. They are very keen to get your deposit ringing everyday to make us book. Once deposit paid..nothing we had to chase and chase them to see if our flights were booked, weeks went by no booking. They even tried to rip us off with an inflated cabin upgrade. In the end we canceleed and wrote them a letter of complaint. It was a prty of 4 people. No appologies and they kept the £800 deposit. Beware you have been warned. After reading quite a few negative reviews I was a bit concerned, but I can only speak from my own experience and say how impressed I was with the whole experience. “Don't get caught”

We bought a deal on Wowcher for an all inclusive 3 nights holiday to Costa Del Sol. We were redirected to Jetline Travel to deal with the bookings and other details as they were the tour providers. Having a bit of a mare with them at the moment. I paid £200 to upgrade only to be told an hour later that I couldn't have the apartment I asked for. I was told I'd been upgraded to a deluxe studio, later I discovered all rooms are classed as deluxe. And the hotel say don't do upgrades as all rooms are the same. Jetliner then said it is because I requested a pool view and balcony with a view. Again hotel say all rooms have exactly that.
Today I get an email saying I can't have the original hotel and have offered me an equivalent, mmmm I've checked the Internet and it looks more like a downgrade to me. Apart from the hard sell lack of my upgrade refund, three phones which take forever to get through an email with a response time of one hour (actually it was about 36 hours.) yeah their spot on.
I reserve the right to change my mind about my comments if they change it to a five star or flying from my local airport. Lol

latest update on my nightmare booking, Jetline are insisting as I requested a pool view or balcony that was my room upgrade. I can't explain it enough to them that I only agreed to it, as I couldn't have the apartment.
The alternative accommodation is another studio which I declined and was told by Jetline they would speak to their agent and get back in touch with me.
Ive waited two weeks for a reply, today they say I have accepted the accommodation and it has been confirmed with their agent. At what point do they think a refusal to accept, or a request for a refund of the upgrade price, is acceptable to the customer allowing them to book the holiday accommodation.

I booked a holiday to costa brava with jetline travel and after booking read all the reviews (mostly bad) so I was very concerned and worried about going my holiday but I went anyways as I did not want to loose my money! Although I ended up paying a bit extra from what was advertised and had to do a 1 stop flight all in it was an amazing holiday got there safely and was booked into a lovely hotel, transfers wer booked by jetline and were on time! This company (jtholidaygroup.com) can't be trusted. They offered a GroupOn deal for Iceland for 2 nights in Iceland. The deal looked good but really wasnt - late evening flights out then early morning flights back. I could have booked far better for the price. I argued with the Indian call centre at booking (I had already paid via GroupOn) and they conceeded and offered better flights - or so I thought.
