“Terrible experience with Jetline”

Paid over 2K for 10 day holiday via Jetline in Ios, Greece. They didn't book the hotel! We turned up after a 14 hour journey to find this out. The hotel staff at Dionysos resort were excellent and sorted us out with alternative accommodation as best they could but it's not what they paid for. If it hadn't been for them we would have been really stuck. Took multiple emails to Jetline to get any response at all (they woke when we contacted them via Twitter & Facebook). “Greek Island cruise”

After reading previous reviews I was a little worried about forth coming holiday which was 3 nights Lake Como, 1 night in Venice then 7 days on cruise ship. “Take great care if you use this company”

In February we booked with this company a Holland America cruise to be taken in January 2015 and paid a deposit. We heard nothing from them for weeks so phoned them to get acknowledgement of our deposit and requested an invoice for the final total costs. We belatedly received the invoice on 20th May. Again, a deathly hush until we approached them in August for flight details. We rang them again this month to find out which terminal at Heathrow we were flying from and to pay the invoice. “Why ?”

We booked a cruise through the daily mail travel in October 2013. The cruise which included 2 nights in Rome was for 23/07/14 , we had not received our travel documents by the beginning of July , so I had to phone a couple of times. “No Accomodation PULA”

Jetline left us standed in PULA Croatia as they failed to provide us with a local contact for the accomodation. The Voucher they provided only gas an address which turned out to be the local supplier UNILINE who were closed as we arrived at 23:00 on a Saturday. After much upset we found a hotel to stay for the night and managed the next day to sort out the accomodation ourselves. Having booked online via Secret Escapes, we were not familiar with JetLine Travel, however, we are very pleased that it turned out to the case. “Icelandic quick break”

Never having went on holiday with Jetline before we were a bit wary. But the holiday was fab smooth sailing through at the airports pick up was hassle free. The hotel was well situated and very nice the staff couldnt have been more helpful. The trips we had organised again went without a hitch. “The other side of Rome”

Our flights had to be arranged so we left from Luton and returned to Stansted, but this was no problem to Jetline staff, who sorted it all out for us over the phone. Our hotel was situated in the Trastevere area of Rome, a short tram ride from the centre (Trastevere means across the Tiber). “dont use jt holidays or jet line”

I only got my hotel and transport vouchers 1 hr before I was leaving for the air port. I up graded room from them to a garden view and double bed. but ended up with none. liars and very unhelpful. also the return flight was a different time the when I was told over the phone. ended up, from 12 pm to 10.30 pm hanging a round the hotel with no room. flight was 2.20 am in the morning. We have recently returned from a short break on Sark. The trip was fabulous. Our ferry crossings from Weymouth to St Peter's Port, Guernsey and then over to Sark were great and a relaxing way to get to our destination. After placing our booking we were contacted by Jetline who offered to change our flights to a much better time of day to maximise our time away. As with other complaints all individuals with strong Indian accent with European first names ? I called Jetline Travel to book an Easter holiday for my wife and I. I spoke to an advisor with a very strong Indian accent. Although the company is registered to an address in London I think they are actually using Indian call centres. He found the holiday we wanted and the price was acceptable. Booked a holiday to Majorca in 2012. I should have read the reviews here first.... Turned up at the hotel to find that the booking had not been accepted as the hotel was full. I called Jetline travel and waited for HOURS whilst they tried to find another hotel which they couldn't. In the end, they said there was nothing they could do, leaving me stranded without a hotel for the night.... “Fined by ABTA”

We booked a 3 day break to Portugal with Clearsky a Jetline trading company. We were told that the published deal price had gone up due to our preferred travel dates. When we checked this out it was untrue. We were overcharged 30% more. We tried to resolve this before traveling, during our time there and since. To date we have had no response form the company. “Extortionate rate for transfers”

I booked a holiday with dealofthedayholidays.com which I think are otherwise known as Jetline Travel (according to their website) and was charged £64 for a return journey for two from airport to Caleta de Fuste resort.
