I've owned my s16 for the the best part of two years and it's never let me down it is a little heavy but I'd say to the moaning bunch get more muscle this gun is awsome I've shot a few airguns and this is by far my favourite 16 shots quiet as a mouse accurate as hell with the bipod this gun is so much fun I use my mates 22-250 often and it's not as much fun as the s16 and I just wish I'd got one sooner. As for the double loading don't be a Mong and think what doing its not hard.the only... (read more)

Brought the logun s16 mk1 as I was new to air rifles and had out grown my BSA comet.Had the use of a BSA ultra single shot and found the air capacity poor. The rifle looks great very tough looking the fact you can break it down and it has about 225 shots (.22) and 16 shot mag(well 8x2) and silencer all appeal. At first found it very accurate but tricky to cock. You can get it right after practice but still get missed shots. Make sure the bolt is pulled all the way back and when pushing... (read more)

I have a Logan S 16s. It's not an air soft Rifle. It is by law classed as a fire arm. It fires a, pellet. Not a 5 ml plastic ball. If they won't give it back. They must give you a reason. Under age. Or it's over the limit of 12 ft pounds. if it is, you won't get it back as you must have a fire arms certificate. Why did they come into your home?.
I'm 61. I served 7 years in T.A. And I shoot FT Feild target at Bisley. I have also been to see the Fire Arms Sec. Mount Brown. Guildford. Surrey.... (read more)

bought one of these as a birthday present to myself, best present i've ever received.
within 20 minutes i was hitting match sticks at 25 yards.
the accuracy is amazing, build quality could be better, a little more attention to fine detail, but the mechanics is very good.
a little heavy and the cocking mechanism could be improved by a bolt or a side lever with a safety mechanism to prevent the scourge of all muti fire rifles, the double load.

Very accurate - 8 shots through the same hole at 20 meters off a rest. Bit too heavy for lugging around the fields all day and can jam if not careful with the cocking lever - must be pushed all the way forwards. No problems with seals although I take the tank off after every shoot to de-pressurise.
Bought 2nd hand at a reasonable price including top quality scope and laser. Bit of an aquired taste, but recommended non the less 8/10 (read more)

First time I`ve written a review, I have over 30 years air gunning experience , shot most makes n models of air gun, and stripped more rifles than I have women , sadly. Interesting reading about the varied thoughts about the Logun S16. It appears that power seems to be on everyones mind. If you don`t hold an FAC and are caught shooting somewhere without permission, the police can confiscate the rifle , which will automatically be processed for ballistic checks. If its found to be over 12ft... (read more)

Had this S16 gun second hand only a few weeks and am very pleased with overall results. Great shot output from 190 bar charge, the s16 likes most pellets as long as they are waisted because of magazine loading. Shouldering the gun is bit of a job, you need long arms to raise the gun and pull it in to shoulder, needs a shoulder pad similar to FX Verminator it would eliminate crooking neck to sight up, all in all well pleased glad I made the decission to obtain one, have now got an S16s full... Served in military for 12 Years.
On leaving service wanted to continue useful skills learnt for a worthy past time.
Having fully qualified as a sniper, always looked for an Air Rifle of a suitable standard as never really wanted to go down the F A C route.
The Logun S16 is the only rifle that has captured my imagination of one of quality, accuracy and as near stock contender in the pre charged airgun market.
A big plus and a well done Logun in keeping this hobby a most enjoyable experience. (read more)

the logun s16 is a very good gun if u can get over the issue of the weight. it is buddy bottle so u can buy spares and rather t5han have to pump up your gun in the middle of the field u can just swap it over . has studs to fit a sling or bipod . has a space for a laser rather than fitting one to the top of your scope . it is qiute . has a good range of shots per charge . is made from metal which is easy to clean and not very easy to brake . is easy to shoot (read more)

The Logun S16 is a good gun for anybody that can get over the issue of the weight. Its quiet, has good lot of shots per charge, slot for laser without mounting it ontop of your scope buddy bottle so when its empty if you have the advantage you can just swap it for another one rather than having to refill it studs already attached to fit a gun sling or bipod without the extra expense. Only bad points are very heavy and doesnt fit in most standard gun bags (read more)

the logun S16 is a rifle of an acquired taste, you either love it or hate it.
as a target rifle id say its great as you can sit and plink to youre hearts content, as a hunting rifle its heavy and id say better suited to the ambush type hunter rather than the hunter on the move.as for its multi shot action it can be tricky to fire in quick succession and could jam as a result of not having the bolt latch pushed home securely.to ensure that this rifle performs flawlessly id recommend keeping... I have two of these Logun S16 rifles with 2x aimpoint scopes on them. They are great tools for pest control out to 75 yards! They work best while tank is topped-off, but can shoot about 30 rounds at that level. They are expensive, but worth every penny. I notice most compaies have discontinued selling them even though they were allways sold out of them! Wish I bought three of them when I had the chance! (read more)

i bought my Logun S16 second hand but it looked 'as new'.
the rifle was leaking when i bought it (wasn't told of this), the leak got worse and could actually be heard hissing.
from the off i couldn't get used to the bolt and kept putting two or three pellets into the breech as there doesn't seem to be a definite feel that it has loaded.
I have a career (8shot) that leaks too and had problems with jamming, I think I'll stick to single shot rifles in future. (read more)

Always liked the S16 but did not buy one till last year, had a couple of adjustments done by local smith, namely match trigger and the bolt action altered so as you dont have to pull or push as firmly when cocking, I always keep the seals lubricated with correct grease and so far the only problem I have encountered was the fact that the trigger was set to lightly and would not engage properly ,this was quite easy to adjust myself using manual,
Since then I have used it for most of my air... (read more)
