    Good Points: Value for money - simple to use.


    Bad Points: Very bad support.


    General comments: I had the Rockbox and it was great for 10 months, it then developed a problem - after 5 months of emailing for tech support, I am still waiting for a firm response - it is disgraceful - I will never buy from this company again!
