    Good Points: Good sound, Light weight, etc.


    Bad Points: No USB or Blue Tooth.


    General comments: The Sony Ericsson T100 is the best of its kind. At the beginning of 3G phones T100 gave good performance and good sound quality. I purchased it in 2003. it is still working good on today 29-7-08. Its battery is never replaced till date. Its working fine. Even today i am using it. Previously it i bought an Ericsson, it was also good phone, but due to its size i sold it out. After all two Giants ( Sony ) (Ericsson) made a tremendous thing.Thanks to Sony Ericsson

    The Sony Ericsson T100 phone gave me nothing but trouble over the year or so I used it.
    The T100 worked fine for the first few weeks but then this phone started to show why it's so cheap first thing to go was the predictive text input in the SMS messaging this feature decided to disable its self and refused to work from there on in even when trying to enable it within the messaging section and the phone settings.

    Another down side to the phone is it has limited memory and if you don't manual ...

    Overall, this phone is not worth buying as the basic requirement of a mobile phone is not met. We are faced with problems like poor reception, Frequent hanging, corruption of SIM cards.

    The Sony Ericsson T100 is a very good budget mobile phone... Iv had this phone for about 2 months now and Iv had no trouble with it at all.. It is very sturdy, very light, very small, very sexy and I could go on.. I would strongly recommend this Phone...

    Overall this Sony Ericsson T100 is a great little mobile phone, its got a nice feeling to it in the hand, and its easy to use. I havn't had any problems with reception, get 3 bars minimum all the time (on O2 network). The only bad point i can find is the T9 text input is no where near as good as that on my old siemens C45, you cant turn it on and off whilst writing a text its also not as easy to work. So i'm having to text the old way which is a bit annoying. Other than that its been great. If y ...

    I bought this Sony Ericsson T100 mobile phone because it looks nice and feels solid. However, the poor reception really put me off. Where my Ericsson GH688 still registers 50% reception, the T100 registers no signal and cannot receive a call from my GH688 which is right next to it!! The phone gets very hot after just a few minutes of usage.

    The Sony Ericsson T100 has a great blue colored diplay.cool backgrounds.compact,small in size.lightweight but it has a very bad reception quality,ring volume is very very low.I often got disconnected while talking.too much OS latency.for this reason u will get irritated while sending sms.often others can't reach me for the lack of frequency. don't buy this phone

    I've had the Sony Ericsson T100 mobile phone for about 5 months and so far i've only had a problem with the 2 key not responding. Turns out there was just dust on the contacts, so it's not a real problem. I'm pleased with it, because i'm living in the city so the signal problem (which is obvious) doesn't apply. Only when i went outside the city i found out that the antennae or something makes the signal weak. (The signal was better even on my old Ericsson T10s). Overall its a good phone and i re ...

    Compared to the price you pay for the Sony Ericsson T100 its not worth buying. Its very bad in reception as well. Normally where(location) a Nokia phone works I may/may not work.

    I have tried so many phones befoe from nokia line and ericsson, The first time I saw the design of this sony ericsson t100 i was captivated, i have tried the top of the line 8910 nokia but my satisfaction to it is limited to its design not function, but this entry level T100 is tech savy that includes sms counter that i prefer because my service provider gives me 400 free sms which i could manage.

    The Sony Ericsson T100 mobile phone is small and cute and I dont want to part with it even with some problems. The set was going off by itself. So I got it changed. But the second set also had the same problem. When I contacted the service centre they upgraded the software and then changed the cell. Still the problem persists. The phone switches off by itself when it is out of range. Is it a problem with settings? I tried everything out. But I still have this problem. Can anybody help?

    I really like the Sony Ericsson T100 mobile phone. I'll admit to being a customising junkie and I love downloading the ringtones. Overall, I find this phone really easy to use and fun. I would totally recommend.

    I Cant use this phone from my house though i nokia phones work from the same place and same service provider. I am looking into this site for suggestions to overcome at lest the reception problem.

    The Sony Ericsson T100 Mobile phone is small,cute and fits in my pocket. Overall a decent buy but for the sudden poweroff bug. I think this phone would have looked cool with a white light backlit display. Blue is not an elegant color and looks pale and downtrodden. Check for the Ring Volume, it could have had a higher ring volume.

    Recently I bought this Mobile Phone (Sony Ericsson T 100) after lot of research by comparing technical specifications. This is a best phone on papers (in this price range) in terms of features, weight, talk time and stand by time. However it has very serious drawback that can't be seen from its specification.     I have to admit I am happy with this T100. If you are simple person like me, who does not require webcam, camera, multimedia contents, etc. With your mobile phone, you will like its simplicity and practical use for your daily life. It's lightness and design make it very suitable for using in college and office. [choose more fancy hp if u are going to travel/party/date]

    I have read your reviews on sonyericsson T100 and I really don't know what's wrong with your sets. Mine is working fine and I have never dealt with such issues. However, I am doing an honest review of my set and I am going to write the pros and cons of this set.
    Cons:

    best thing about this model is it's weight and size. i think it is cute and really catchy. with the price offered at the time you can not hope to get anything better. wap enabled and sleek phone is all that a person needs. it has a realls good network and the greatest thing "NO ANTENNA" that is a blessing hope nothin will prick me now when i drive. voice quality is good and so is the battery at least in me set. and moreover you can now get ringtones for it too. at phoneytunes and webonmove so he ...
