      Bad Points: Everything


      General comments: SL MP35his mp3 player by panasonic has the worst sound quality, therefore not makingit worth having. An absolute disgrace!

      I have now tried 2 different Panasonic mp3 portable players, including this model, and they both exhibit the same sound quality flaw. For some strange reason the units are overly bright in the vocal range which results in too much 'presence'. I only listen to mp3 recordings and these play normally through other player mediums.

      Also the digital volume control is too fiddly and a definite drawback compared with the older style rotary pot. I returned both units!

      All in all, the Panasonic SL-MP35 is one of the very best portable MP3 players i've ever bought but with the bad comment it comes down to one problem - the loudness. Maybe it's just the headphones that i have but everything else is awesome.
