General comments: Metroid Prime is the best series out there. No titles, in my opinion, can beat it. The story and gameplay for each and every game is unique and flawless. Metroid Prime has to be my favorite Metroid game out yet. The Graphics are perfect, and the gameplay rocks. If you can't appreciate this game, then you aren't a true gamer. Don't even read any more reviews, if you like action combined with figure-it-out games, go out right now, and give this game a fair shot.

Metroid Prime..... this game was supposed to be great. Most magazines say it is, though! Well, to them, the 'hardcore gamers who buy every system and game the second it came out', maybe it is. But to the casual gamer who is looking for fun and a nice way to pass the time, this game is definitely not it. Yeah, the graphics are great, so what? The idea is cool.... but brought down by the horrid gameplay and frustratingly hard levels. Also, unless you've played every Metroid game out there, you'll ...

This is the only game apart from Zelda: Ocarina Of Time to be perfect. Metroid started out as a side-scrolling exploration shooter-platformer. Anyone who loves Metroid as much as I do will at first be slightly put out when they find out that this game looks like a First-Person-Shooter. But it's not. You can't classify Metroid Prime in any known category, IT JUST DOESN'T GO. Read on...

I love this game. Metroid Prime has been my favorite ever since it came out. The bad guys give a decent challenge, the items you can collect are cool, and it plays like a dream.

My favorite beam weapon is the Plasma Beam. It has short shooting range, but it has a lot of power for dealing with enemies. I also like the Grapple Beam just as good, but that's not for killing enemies, it's for navigation.

One cool part about this game is the Metroid Fusion Connection Bonuses and Image gallery. ...

For many players, Nintendo's Metroid games, 2D side scrolling shooters starring intergalactic bounty hunter Samus Aran, were primary reasons to be a gamer in the late '80s and early '90s - the games were fantastically polished, very playable and will undoubtedly always be remembered as classics. So it came as wonderful news for Nintendo fans when the company announced that it was developing an all-new Metroid game for the GameCube, and finally, that game has arrived.

To begin, it's best to ge ...

Nintendo Metroid Prime is one of my favorite ganes on the Nintendo Gamecube. If you have your GameBoy Advance you can play the first metroid. It took me about a month to beat, full of suprises. If you're the kind of person who likes guns, this is a really fun game.
