I often read lots of stuff on web, but it's very painful to read long articles and reviews etc. Then I found IESpeaker http://www.iespeaker.com from NeuroSpeech http://www.neurospeech.com , the program installs a new menu Speak in internet explorer's context menu (The menu which comes after you right click anywhere).
All you have to do is just select some text on the browser and click on speak, you have the selected text spoken.
Try it once, you will get addicted on first use...
