I bought this gun as a first gun and was impressed with the handling and good looks of the gun. It was .22 caliber and I intended to use it for hunting. At first I could get fairly tight groups but they steadily got worse. After several frustrating months I found the breech was loose in the cylinder. This was the cause of the rifles inaccuracy which was terrible by this time. The power was also well down. The rifle wasn't even capable of shooting through a tin can at 15 yards. I Recomened This Weapon To Anyone Looking For an Excellent All Round Air Rifle. I liked that the bat had good pop to it and was very durable compared to the gold rush. Which was very dependable.

Really good gun would recomend it to any one who is thinking of buying this gun but make sure it is the carbine version they carry a lot better for some strange reason

I brought the Webley xocet 3months ago now from a shop in leeds, it is brilliant to use and drops rabbits from 60+yards with a single shot

Its an excellent gun for beginners, its hard to handle the gun and keep it still but i really like the Webley Xocet, a good rifle to learn with.

The Webley Xocet is best being fed with a diet of domed pellets. The best I found were air arms field; hn ftt eley wasps and crosman accupells. Keep it simple dont bother with novelty or magnum weighted pellets.

It's a well made gun with clean and functional lines , the lock up is a bit tight until you have fired a few dozen pellets through it .
I have had the gun now for a few years and fired several hundred pellets through it , it's still tight and crisp in use .

When compared to my friends remington it seems like it should have been more expensive as the remminton came to bits after approx 250 shots. cant fault the xocet. its the most reliable air gun i have had as for grouping i can get tight groups about 1 inch at 60 yards.Great rifle fair price.

I bought the Webley Xocet gun recently, and have been very pleased with it since. after a bit of zeroing, I (not that steady) could easily "plink" a small can at 25 yards. The other great thing about this gun is its power - it'll go through a thick paint can at 20 yards with ease and carry on going, (you need space), and i'm sure ( never tried, i shoot targets!) it would cleanly kill a big bunny at up to 40/50 yards.

i bought my webley Xocet second hand for '£90 about 3 weeks ago and it is an exelent gun its light weight powerfull and accurate and i got mine with a webely gold scope and i can shoot through a tin can at 70 yards!! its my second air rifle and its the best so far.

I bought my webley exocet .22 for '£90 with webely gold scope and it is excellent!!! its a good all round air rifle it has power accuracy and it is at a reasonable price. perfect for pest control i shot a couple of crows with it at about 50 yards and it killed them stone dead. its got some good range on it to. its an awesome all round gun. thanks for reading

My friend went abroad for 2 weeks and he was kind enough to lend me it for a fortnight, i found to be a decent little rifle and was amazed to find out how accurate it was with Webley Mosquitos .177's
I thought about buying one myself but i found them a bit out of my price budget at the time.

To sum up the Xocet i would say that it is an all round good honest gun that will excel in most areas i use it as a general pest control gun as it is light weight whilst being solid, the standard sight works fine (i can hit and kill rabbits at 30m+ )meaning i don't have to worry about any maintenance but still know it will last forever
