Thanks to everyone for the valuable feedback you have given with regards to our customer service and mobile phone deals. We take this very seriously and are constantly striving to improve our deals, service and communication with you, our customers.
E2Save is the UK’s largest online mobile phone retailer, offering a massive choice of handsets with contracts via the major networks. The strength of these offers is such that we now ship up to 20,000 contract phones each month. The vast majority of customers enjoy their experience dealing with us both on-line and thro the Sales call-centre, receiving the correct goods in pristine condition via Royal Mail next day delivery.
Occasional problems do arise and they are mainly associated with the “discounted line rental” offers. As each mobile network produces its own invoices we offer this extra discount as a cash-back via a claims procedure. It is a simple to use and clearly explained at the time of purchase, via the website, via an e-mail confirmation and a specific leaflet sent out with the goods. We have even built a simple enquiry system on our website help desk whereby the consumer can at any time confirm the details and even download the necessary vouchers if they have been lost!
There is no attempt to hide, deceive or resist paying this discount but it is only reasonable that the consumer follows the clear instructions and makes claims at the correct times.
We consistently strive to offer superb customer service through our Customer Service call-centre but acknowledge that there will be infrequent instances when this is not achieved. We are delighted to inform you that recent work and investment in the call-centre staff, systems and equipment now means that we aim to answer all calls via an adviser (not a recorded IVR) within 30 seconds. All the staff are targeted and monitored on resolving customer issues as quickly as possible.
We hope this clears up any misconceptions about our deals, service and integrity and look forward to promptly answering any further queries raised on this review site.
Best wishes, E2save.com

Recently purchased an LG cookie from e2save. Not had the phone long but I'm not convinced it all works correctly. But as for the company, they delivered the free gift with the phone which was brilliant and delivered that the next working day through CityLink. The only problem with these for me was the fact that the credit check didn't go through because of a problem with contact details do I had to phone the customer services up. When I contacted them the problem was solved with the credit check ...

E2save is very un helpfull, extremely bad at resolving problems, staff were dishonest. My overall experiance with e2save and its umbrella compay Express Mobiles means I will never spend any money with them ever again! Do not use this company they will rip you off. They owe me £425 due to a mistake on their behalf and will not refund me. I have spent the last year trying to sort this out with no success. DO NOT USE E2SAVE THEY ARE A COMPANY OF DISHONEST CON ARTISTS AND WILL LEAVE YOU VERY M ...

e2save do not explain the redemption system clearly - it states that you need to send in the bill 6 calendar months from the date of connection, which I did. (Connection was in sept so sent in march bill.) However what they don't explain is that they included the connection date as the first month! I think it is deliberately written to mislead & would imagine a lot of people get this wrong. I have used 2 other companies with no problems whatsoever.

I thought I got a deal from e2save.com but soon I got a call from them telling me that the phone was not available, I cancelled the order, but soon found out that I was charged for the phone. I somehow got through to their customer service, just to be told that I will get my money back by cheque after 28 days.

Would NEVER recommend e2save to anyone. Ordered a phone from them through their website with no problems. Got an email confirmation for my order indicating that there would be a delay in supplying of up to ten days which I had no problem with, despite being without a mobile phone at the time (due to running my existing phone over with the car). After a week and a half I decided to ring them only to be told that they don't actually sell that phone due to it being unavailable, even though their we ...

I just wish I had checked out all the poor reviews before I purchased my phone. I am on a cashback deal where I was supposedly going to recieve £240 back over 18 months. I can only blame myself for not sending the bill by recorded delivery.
I'm sure many people have had pleasant experiences with e2save but for me personally I feel like I have been treated awfully by themselves and then the carphone warehouse whenever I visit their stores.
Never using this company again. ...

My wife & I have both been with e2save.com for 10 months now. Cashbacks have arrived promptly! We also referred approx 40 friends to them (almost all on their 'automatic cashback') and while they are all thrilled with their new service we still haven't gotten all our referral money yet.

I've been a e2save customer for 6 years now. Over the years I've had to fight for every pound/penny linked to the cashback deals, BUT, I have managed to get every single penny back!
What i don't like is when the cashback operators are clearly lying. The most recent fight started back in September when I sent in my final bill for the year, i only recevied the cheque in the middle of this January. For four months I was lied to every week!
What the last operator said to me was laughable, "nobody ha ...

My husband and I took out a contract with e2 save on a cash bck redemption scheme, after a lot of searching on the computer for a good deal. The telephone was delivered when stated (next day delivery) and came with a welcome pack which was self explanatory. I will say the terms and conditions for the redemption are very rigid, so be careful that you keep the welcome pack and its contents in a safe place, if you default on any of them you are not entitled to claim back the rest of the cashback ...

You can get 12 months line rental on an expensive tariff with loads of minutes and texts for free. Also the phone can be free if you time it right. Keeping checking with their website.
They do pay the money, you just need to be disciplined about getting the bills to them. I thought that some of their instructions were a little unclear and initially I was a little confused as how to send back the bill.
They will even send you a text to say that your cashback is on the way!

Delivery incredibly fast, and contact maintained throughout the process. I was told my handset would not be dispatched for 7 days but they were prioritizing it, and then I received an email a day later telling me its had been dispatched. Brilliant. Amazing company. Well recommend e2save.com.

I am in the final month of a 12 month contract and have managed to sucessfully obtain all the cashback cheques. However I would say that it is not for the faint-hearted! My initial claim was refused and only after persistence and sending in a copy of the instructions they had sent me, a photocpy of the bill and details of the recorded delivery did they give in and pay! Had I been slightly less organised and not retained photocopies etc I would have lost out.
You really have to approach this as ...

Their cashback system is even more worse than the customer support in my experience. I do not recommend e2save.. I ended up paying more than the normal deal as far as I am concerned. In short, they have not payed me last two cashbacks yet it seems. Even though they said they are gonna send it but I never received them...

I feel they do have a habit of loosing letters and faxes - recorded delivery is a must. just phoned up and they couldn't find my cashback letter, then once i quoted the recorded delivery reference they found it straight away! also automatic cashback from another phone didn't come through until i phoned them up and asked where it was! Going direct to O2 when my contract expires and never returning to Three!

I have had a phone deal from e2save for the last 3 years. In the first 2 they paid all the cashbacks - no problem. However in the 3rd year my claims appear to go missing - could be because they have so many different addresses to send to that are then redirected to their current address?
I will not be using e2save again. I feel that saving a few quid is not worth the overall hassle factor of dealing with this company.

However, my account was set up wrongly... in cashback or insurance so I had to fight for this to be rectified. Since then, I have sent in 2 more cash back claims which have not yet been answered as far as I am concerned, 2 emails and 3 letters! My contract is due to expire in Nov and I will be going directly to my chosen company and NOT using E2 save.
