“KEEP AWAY!!!”

Written on: 27/06/2015 by Clareb454 (1 review written)

Stay well clear having had a few contracts with e2save during this last contract their customer service seems to have gone downhill. They have lost two of my bills which I have sent in by post and missed out on the cashback and have just rejected my latest bill because its literally few days out this despite the fact that I haven't missed or madea late payment in any of my contracts. They don't send any reminders they want you to forget so they can keep your money… Read Full Review

“Close to illegal, surely!”

Written on: 08/04/2015 by Wallaceyw326 (1 review written)

I had a phone call purporting to be from my mobile supplier, inviting me to upgrade. I agreed as the offer sounded pretty good. However, the small print, when it arrived, stated that I'd agreed to buy a REFURBISHED, MINI version of the phone I thought I'd be getting. When I tried to call to cancel, none of the phone numbers on the correspondence worked. I called the fraud helpline and they advised me not to accept delivery of the "new" phone when it arrived. This saved me from what would have… Read Full Review

“Ridiculous!”

Written on: 21/01/2015 by emmaisaac78 (1 review written)

I got a call from a lady just over a week ago claiming to be from carphone warehouse, to cut a long story short she offered me a new contract with my existing supplier but the phone that I wanted with the storage data, etc. I received this phone and the new SIM card and followed instructions on how to operate, the sim card didn't work, because I had activated the sim my old sim was disconnected leaving me with no phone, I have spoken with vodaphone and they have sent me three separate sims all… Read Full Review

E2save are part of the Carphone warehouse. You would have been told that in the beginning of the conversation but because e2save is the shorter of part of the Carphone warehouse you probably won't have registered it in your head. You would have received email and text messages to confirm the contract and deal with a customer service number to contact should you have any problems. You also had 14 days in which to return the handset in the accompanying returns package that arrived WITH the phone so why did you not return it for exchange?? After two sim cards that should have told you that the phone was faulty. The phone would have been in an unopened box so no one went out of their way to provide you with a damaged phone and how do you know it wasn't damaged by the courier throwing it about in the van or depot? Easy to blame the phone company I guess.

Written on: 30/11/2014 by donnawood (1 review written)

I upgraded my phone and contract with e2save and made the choice to take the particular package that had the Toshiba laptop as my free gift this was the only reason I chose to go with e2save .I have received my phone as stated but have not received the laptop this is now a week overdue and I cant make contact with any e2save personal to discuss the matter due to the costumer services line is to busy 3 hours I have tried for .I wish to cancel my contract with e2save I find the whole service… Read Full Review

When you take the package it doesn't arrive together! Because you have 14 days cooling off you could send the phone back and keep the laptop which would not be fair on the trader, so to keep things right you receive the extra packages after the 14 days, it is the same with the accessories pack and phone cases. Its not rocket science really. Common sense seems to be missing from a vast majority of these unfair reviews.

“KEEP AWAY!!! I WISH I DID!!! ”

Written on: 22/11/2014 by joiney79 (1 review written)

Got a 24 month contract with them, 250 mins, 3000 texts 500mb data and cashback. Received a text from network operator saying I get 200 mins, 3000 texts and 250mb of data. Also contacted E2SAVE about the cashback and they said there is no cashback on this deal, I took a screenshot of the email with the cashback and the link and they still said "no cashback on this deal". I am now stook in a 2 year deal with less mins and data and no cashback. Steer clear from them!!!!!!… Read Full Review

“Guys never take any contract through e2save. ...”

Written on: 21/10/2014 by Aarav66 (1 review written)

Guys never take any contract through e2save. Basically what they do is when you take a contract they take your bank details (i.e Account number and sort code) and they pass this info to a company called TMTI Ltd to set up a direct debt without your knowledge and they start taking off your account £23.84 every 6 month. This needs to be raised on a national media. Luckily my uncle is a Solicitor and he is gonna help me take them to the court to recover every penny!!… Read Full Review

Absolute nonsense! The direct debit is simply to ensure you receive your phone bill from the network provider. Taking the sort code and account number will NOT allow any company to remove money from the account unless you have been stupid enough to provide the long 16 digit number and the 3 security digits from the back of your card and expiry date.without those vital digits the company can only pay money into your account! As for your uncle being a solicitor and suing them, I think you should contact my dad, he's an astronaut!

“Never again, E2Save”

Written on: 09/10/2014 by Ian-S (1 review written)

Really disappointed, my first bill was backdated nearly a week because E2Save told orange I had the phone before it was delivered, and I also got charged for extras which weren't on my order confirmation. To top it all, I ordered through topcashback promising £45.45 cash back, this tracked at £27.27 and when I queried it the merchant dropped it to £18.18. Never again… Read Full Review

The firm E2save should be avoided at all costs, you may well recieve a phone call from The Carphone Warehouse when your existing mobile phone contract is due for renewal, chances are it is not The Carphone Warehouse it is infact the totally disorganised inadequate and useless E2save, I find myself writing this review 5 weeks after my initial dealings with this firm and in that 5 weeks I have not recieved handsets, recieved wrong handsets and had sim cards cut off early on 5 occasions for… Read Full Review

“WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY”

Written on: 08/07/2014 by 336Coughlin (1 review written)

Signed up for an iphone 5s refurb on a £28 pm contract. Everything said successful online, until I got a text asking to ring up where I would be charged 10p per minute. After ringing up twice and 'resolving' issues. I still waited 4 days for my phone to arrive- no confirmation of delivery other than the sleazy sales people's promises that it would arrive the next day. Eventually after a week of spending yet again more hours on the expense phone line, I was eventually told that the iphone I… Read Full Review

“highly recommend”

Written on: 30/06/2014 by swanlee (1 review written)

i have been using this company for last 4 years having had cashback claims for 4 phones (myself and kids). I have never experienced delays and using their site to download your bill direct to them for the cashback has been a great success. But this is my experience and I know people are more inclined to post negative remarks when things go bad than they are to post positive remarks when things go good. I am about to order a new phone as an upgrade, with no concerns… Read Full Review

Weetj's Response to swanlee's Review

Written on: 24/07/2014

I am happy to have seen this review!
I've just placed an order with E2Save yesterday, and i am still waiting to hear. After seeing many many negative reviews on facebook and various websites, i was getting really concerned.
I was thinking that people are more inclined to rave on about the negative and the happy people don't tend to post good reviews as they are content and don't feel the need to scream about it!
Thank you for the good review. I will post mine when (if) mine works out also.

I agree, we don't see many positive reviews. Just to confirm I applied for my cashback claim online 3weeks ago and received the cheque last week.

“Flawed system”

Written on: 20/06/2014 by Mandrew7c3 (1 review written)

I just got off the phone and I had to voice my experience. Over a month ago I received a cold call from someone who "represented" (Keyword) Carphone Warehouse to talk to me about an upgrade that was due soon from my joint iPhone/iPad data plan. Besides his over persistent and arrogant nature, he offered me a rolling contract as I wasn't ready to upgrade at the time. When I received my new sim it wasn't activated. A bit suspicious, but no problem. Went to CW and got that sorted. Over a… Read Full Review

“Don't deal with this company”

Written on: 07/05/2014 by alankj (4 reviews written)

They rang my wife up to renew her contract with O2, she refused this because they only offered 100 minutes and she required 300 minutes. They then upgraded her contract and sent a phone without her permission. She went to Carphone Warehouse to complain and they said the contract had been cancelled. Why then sent a phone that she did not want as my wife had an Apple iphone and not a rubbish phone they sent. Also the contract showed 100 minutes and not as she previously agreed with O2. It's been… Read Full Review

“SHOCKING SALES TACTICS”

Written on: 09/04/2014 by Brennanm165 (1 review written)

Received a call one Saturday saying that they were from Orange and wanted to discuss my upgrade options. I listened and said that I was interested in a deal. They said they would email me details and send out the iPhone. Shortly after this call I received a call from Orange (who were and still are my provider). They said that they hadn't called me and asked whether I gave out my Orange password to which I said I hadn't been asked for it! I then tried calling back the number that appeared… Read Full Review
