Please avoid this 'company' at all costs. I, only today, purchased a phone online from E2save and then decided (after reading this website) to cancel the purchase. To do so, I called them up and was put on hold for 15minutes, I then spoke to a barely literate customer service advisor. I said that I wanted to cancel my purchase and was told that it would be easily done as my credit card had, supposedly, not gone through the approval procedures yet. An hour later I get a call from my bank... (read more)

After being with O2 for 20 years I received a call from an O2 representative. She thanked me for 20 years of loyal custom to O2 and said they were sending out phones to say thank you; I laughed, I said "nothing is for free." She assured me it was for free, but the phones, weren't great; but they were definitely for free, no strings. I accepted a phone being sent on this basis, having confirmed it was for free, (stupid me!) I'm now on a 2 year, more expensive contract with e2save; there is no... (read more)

The person who started the car phone warehouse is a experienced shark, his company poaches customers from o2, also the sales team saying on the telephone that they are o2, sorry they are not and commiting a criminal offence know as 3rd party selling, if you contact the relavent onibusman then you have a case of a serious nature. I was told on the 1st Feburary that it was all sorted and they aim to get the cheque's to me in 28 days, but can take up to 6-8 weeks. This is now coming up for the 6 week and still no sign, i am not holding my breathe on this one.
