“This car is by far and away the best I have ever had ,...”

This car is by far and away the best I have ever had , and it cost just over 4 grand , better than the 2002 model that replaced it, and faster with 25 bhp more on tap..you have to buy the SL55 to be quicker...Build quality is superlative and I really like the sombre interior...This is a drivers car..not a posers car... The V8 is sublime in its performance and sound..handling is sure footed and stable although can be a bit jiggly on bumpy roads..does not like pot holes...!Bearing in mind the 5 litre...

Just bought a Mercedes SL500, what a beautiful car that still looks fresh and a dream to drive. You still don't see many of them and taking account these cars sold for between £68-85k......they are now the price of a nearly new boxter (which is seen outside every good hairdressers). SL500.......what more can I say!...

The Mercedes Benz SL 500 is a great car, and very well made, has fantastic image, interior are all made out of quilty raw materials therefore a long lasting effect. Doesn't have as much charecter than the late SL's but no of the new cars do, still superb in every aspect and makes you feel great when driving....
