Just arrived back from the Santa fe we stayed for 4 nights! I have never written a review on anywhere I have been before but felt I needed to! If you want the Disney experience do not pick this hotel. I know it's the cheapest, you definately get what you pay for! The rooms were shabby, beds like sleeping on a dining room table, ceiling in bathroom was mouldy and no tea/coffee facilities or hair dryer! You had to choose what time to have breakfast and then queue for half hour to have a... (read more)

We have just arrived back from a 2 night stay at the santa fe. We found the rooms very clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful. We were able to chose a time for breakfast and found no queues, we did eat one evening meal in the hotel and had the all you can eat buffet, this was lovely and also cheaper and nicer than the food in the parks or disney village. i would recommend this hotel to friends and family and will use again. Hotel Staff were friendly and helpful
Room was very clean, tidy and cleaned daily. Being a single parent only being able to afford this hotel to take my son on holiday for his fourth birthday. I found it does exactly what is says on the tin and recommend highly.

Stayed in the hotel for 4 nights in April 2010. Thought the outside of the hotel was very shabby and in need of a serious face lift and TLC. Walk ways around the hotel were dirty and a dirty nappy was found by one of my children in a fountain.
Went to the play park in the hotel complex with my 2 year old and i have to say the park was again dirty had grafitti on the walls.
On the postitive side our room was clean and was serviced every day. Unfortunatly no tea/coffee facilities or...

We've just got back from a 5 day break from the Disney hotel and have mixed feelings about it really. Whilst the room was ok, it was hardly worth what we paid for us and our 2 littlens. I've stayed in Premier Inns which were equally as nice for a lot less money per night!
However, on the plus side, the staff there were very friendly and great with the kids. Food in the hotel was also ok, decent range of menu items for us and the kids.
Facilities on site were ok, again, not brilliant, just...

We are a family of four with kids aged 7 and 5.
We stayed at Santa Fe for 3 nights. Even the broken lights in the room couldn't hide the grime. Some staff were rude...even to the point of laughing at us on a couple of occassions. There is an outdoors walk from the rooms to the hotel facilities (restaurant, bar etc)which is annoying in bad weather. The queue for breakfast was massive. Breakfast itself is all cold...ham, bread, cheese. Reasonable quality but very basic. No decaf coffee by the...

I have just been on a trip with my family to the Santa fe. What a dissapointment beware anyone who has been to America don't go here you will be very disappointed. There are certain standards that you expect from Disney and yes the hotel is cheap but rooms were really shabby not clean, smelt disgusting and staff were very rude. The parks also a dissapointment as Disney studios had many closures on our last day and the rides kept breaking down they don't cater well for disabled people and on... (read more)

We stayed here for three nights and have just arrived home. I thought the hotel was lovely! The parks were only a short walk away which was great. I think its best to describe this hotel as basic but i found it perfect for the amount of time we spent in it. Breakfast was continental and you could make up rolls etc if you wanted. Room was clean and comfortable and i would stay here again without hesitation! (read more)

I agree that the rooms were basic and I suppose for the amount of time you spend in them, it's all you really need. I think though by the time we got back each evening, we were so tired from walking around the parks, we weren't even bothered what the rooms were like!

HOTEL SANTA FE DISNEYLAND PARIS, JULY 2009: Toilet smelt of urine, towels smelt of old sweat, stained bedding used, electrical sockets hanging off of wall, broken cupboards and drawers, cigarette burns in bathroom and on carpet in "non-smoking" room! Moved room once but no better. Really old TV and only one Disney channel is in English, so not ideal for under 5's wanting cartoons as opposed to constant Hanna Montana type stuff!
Breakfast food extremely cheap and awful. Flies on bread...

This Santa Fe Hotel, Disneyland resort Paris experience was one of the worst trips, my family and I ever took!!!! The hotel is below average, the staff were rude to the children. It would be a better place if staff actually did their jobs and took an interest in the children. Our room was filthy, there were feathers under one bed and under the other a previous guest had left a box from a toy. When we brought this matter further they sent a maid but when we returned it didn't look like... (read more)

stayed at the Disney santa fe for 3 nights in feb 09. I felt the hotel was in need of a face lift. room clean but i thought there were signs of mould showing in corners. for breakfast we tended to go early or as late as possible to avoid the crowd. We weren't shy to make some sarnies for a snack later - we took some sandwich bags to keep them fresh.
I didn't think the staff were very helpful when I spoke to them.

As the least expensive of Disneys hotels, I was very impressed, the room was tidy, the staff were very friendly and as I left it late each day for breakfast we went straight in got seats and ate as much as we wanted, with a very good selection.
My view of this hotel is even better because before arriving at Santa Fe we stayed in other hotels in and round Paris (what a difference).

We went June 29 08. Check in was a bit slow, but the staff are very friendly. Rooms have double beds with ceiling fans and heaters when cold. Nice walk to the parks, you can catch the buses, but then you would miss the the nice walk. At breakfast you can make your rolls for lunch, the staff look the other way, so you will not get told off, everyone does it! Save your money for all the toys, for the kids.....
lovely hotel, would go the the same hotel.. marks out of ten-8..

We stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days, the staff were very helpful, the hotel was lovely, should be a 3 or 4 star not 2 star. Checkin wasnt until 3pm but because our room was ready we were there by 11am. Hotel is not nearby enough to walk but shuttle buses run every 12 minutes and there's always space even if you have a buggy, we had 2. A lot of walking to do in the park, make sure you wear comfy shoes...we went in June and it was 30 degrees, very hot and tired after a long day. We were at... (read more)

We arrived on 2nd May 2008. We could have had rooms in seperate buildings straight away, but decide to wait to be together. The baggage holding area was very efficient with very friendly staff.
Our rooms were spotless with wonderful showers.
We all slept very well. We never heard any noise at all.
The breakfasts were great( though we were a little shocked to see others making butties for later). There certainly was a huge amount and variety.

We have been back to this Walt Disney hotel 3 times now. Santa Fe is very good for the money, no need for luxuries here as you are in the parks all day! Not far to walk & there is a free bus service right outside the hotel if your tired. Our children are of different ages and they all thoroughly enjoyed their stay. There is an arcade in the hotel which amuses the younger ones & entertainment at nights for a relaxing drink after a hard day of excitement. Would highly recommend to anyone, no... (read more)

We stayed at there at Christmas time in 2005. The hotel is VERY basic, but we only paid £500 for four of us for bed, breakfast and tickets. You get what you pay for. The breakfast was fine, and we had no trouble getting breakfast except on the Saturday, which was our last day. The queues were HUGE and there was nowhere to sit with 2 young children. I would advise people to opt for the earliest time possible for breakfast when given the chance on check-in. Dinner was very good value for... (read more)

The Disney Hotel is by far the best. It is right on the doorstep of the park, so avoiding queues, shuttles and the sort. It may be a little more expensive, but what you save in time and stress is well worth it. But still no tea/coffee making, which we also thought was bad. You can easily return to the Hotel during the day for a rest or to sort out children if they need a change of clothes etc. It really is a nice Hotel, and breakfast is very nice. You get treated a lot better for your money by the sounds of it! (must be a nightmare with 2 small children, and people over there just don't know how to queue and wait, do they?)

We stayed at Disneyland Paris in the Hotel Santa Fe for my daughters birthday a few years ago. The actual room was spotlessly clean, with good facilities, including a TV and very comfortable beds. Breakfast is continental, so cereal, rolls, ham and cheese are the only choice every day. I am a vegetarian and I found it very tedious.
We had to walk up flights of stairs carrying heavy suitcases. We had no assistance, and it was hard work with a small child. I want to go back, but as I now have...

I had a wonderful holiday at The Hotel Santa Fe at the Disney Resort Paris. It was money well spent to see the look on our children's faces.
The Santa Fe is a good base, as the only time you are in there is when you're sleeping, as we were in the park until it closed.
People have stated that the food was expensive, but I thought it was fine and of good quality, as you have got to remember any other theme park you go to.

I stayed at the Santa Fe Hotel in DisneyLand Paris for 4 days with a friend. Bearing in mind that we are both only 18 we wanted somewhere safe, and we certainly felt safe there. The room was very clean and was cleaned everyday. There is a television with a couple of English channels on such as the Disney Channel. There is a shop in the hotel that sells much of the same stuff as in the Disney parks. All your documentation is given to you when you arrive and check in- if there is a... (read more)

I have just got back from staying at the Walt Disney Santa Fe Hotel in Paris. It's pretty much a mixed review really.
ROOMS:-
The rooms were adequate, with each room having two double beds. There were not really any extras. No kettle, and the TV stations in English are limited to 3 or 4. There was no safe either (although this can be ordered at reception). The walls are quite thin, so if you have noisy neighbours (which we did for two nights) then it can be a bit of a problem. But overall,...

Spent three nights at Sante Fe in February. Will restrict comments to accommodation as Park reviews are well covered elsewhere.
Room was adequate. TV remote not functioning on arrival and despite this being brought to attention of staff immediately, it was not rectified by time of departure.
Breakfast was a nightmare - overcrowded - queue to enter , queue for food, search for table, - simple explanation is that facility is not sufficient to cater for number of guests.
Given experience at...

Just got back from stay at Santa Fe hotel, some good and bad points to hotel.
Food, firstly told to book our breakfast time when checking in we chose 8.15 as the park opened for 9 for customers staying in disneys hotels, thought it would be fairly quiet but got there and the queue was going out the door, we finally got in after a long wait and when we had chosen what we wanted there was nowhere to even sit, so we had to wait for a table to become free.

My brother and I arrived at the Hotel Santa Fe on the 30th of August. It was a very hot day, so we were hoping to get to our rooms pretty quickly and we weren't let down.
The hotel staff or (cast members ) as they like to be called were very friendly and above all professional.
Having all the Disney Stars in the one hotel was a great thrill.
The best was yet to come, having set the alarm call for 9am, the phone rang, still half a sleep I managed to mumble a sleepy good morning, however I...

Walt Disney Hotel Santa Fe - Just back from Disneyland Paris, and had a great time, the parks were fantastic, but I'm reviewing the hotel so I leave out the park review.
Ok, so my girlfriend and I arrived after spending two days in Paris in a 4 star Hilton hotel, so the hotel Santa Fe was never going to compare well to that.
We arrived at noon, and our room was ready for us, which was nice, because we were 3 hours early for check in.

Walt Disney Hotel Santa Fe - We were three adults and one child. Flew from Bristol, excellent. On arrival to Santa Fa we had a good reception -- nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I really can't fault the holiday at Walt Disney Resort, there were six adults and six children in our party, ages ranging from five to sixty five we all enjoyed it immensely and didn't stop from breakfast time to bed time, we boarded the Eurostar at Waterloo and less than two hours later was in the heart of Disneyland Paris, from then on everything was within walking distance, or you could catch a train that stopped at every theme park. The Santa Fe Hotel is a really great value hotel. Facilites are good, staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are good.
