Hi - thanks for the review.
I just bought one of these (in 2008!!!) and need a replacement band. Obviously they are no longer available, but can anyone tell me which bands I can get to fit in the UK please?

I don't think they make it anymore. Twice as powerful as other slingshots. Shoots twice as far. Looks really cool. Accuracy doesn't seem as good. (read more)

It was amazing. Worked like a charm. Never had one as good as this one. It was great. (read more)

This Marksman slingshot is one of the best slingshots I have ever owned. It's general design produces very accurate, comfortable shooting. The price of this however, is its size. It is not very compact. (read more)

I've had them all and this Marksman Laserhawk Stealth Slingshot will smoke the pigeons and other vermin. Use the heavier steel balls and the accuracy is fantastic. All my buddies wanted one but was not sold in Cabelas any more. (read more)

I Find the Marksman Laserhawk Stealth Slingshot to be a good slingshot but not the best. I have paid up to $45 for a slingshot. The Laserhawk is very accurate and has a lot of good features. But as they say more things to go wrong. I was mistaken though. This is my 2nd favourite slingshot my first being a Trumark S9T because it is simpler and shoots further faster and with about the same accuracy, but I paid $45 for it which is the most expensive I have seen. The Marksman Laserhawk Stealth Slingshot was discontinued from Marksmen 2.5 years ago. Even though it is found all over the internet and online stores are still offering it for sale it can't be purchased. Marksmen's own website at time of this writing still has it displayed as a current product. Stupid websites that have outdated incorrect information cause headaches for everyone. I had an order placed for 6 months at this one particular store and it took that long for them to tell me... (read more)

Strangely enough, I ordered this slingshot from a UK shop and it arrived on my doorstep today.
Discontinued? I very much doubt it. People still want these, and I can very well see why.
I'll add my review soon.

You did not review the slingshot. You simply ranted about not having one.

The Laserhawk Stealth is the best slingshot I tried. Of all slingshots I tested it was the most expensive one. It was the most accurate. You can adjust the band to shoot at different speeds. The arm brace makes it very comfortable to shoot. It has a tapered band which really propels the ammo at a fast speed. The price is around $29.00 which is steep compared to most slingshots. But if you want one of the best slingshots, this is the one. (read more)
Main use is target & hunting. I am very heavy handed. Any input GREATLY appreciated.

I agree that this is an excellent catapult and worth every penny. The slingshot has been designed not just thrown together. In the UK these are available from http://www.whipperleys.co.uk/ along with replacement bands. There\'s nothing worse than breaking a band and having no spare!

I have found that the durability of the Laserhawk stealth thrust band's are very poor. At the minimum draw weight I have never had more than 200 shots before the band's have snapped at the point where the band's attach to the pouch. At the maximum draw weight I have never had more that 50 shots. Other than this design fault the Laserhawk Stealth is the most powerfull & accurate slingshot that I have used to date. Being able to hit a matchbox at 30 yard's, & a 25cl beer bottle at 50 yard's. It is also the only slingshot that I have used that will embed a 9.5mm steel ball bearing, down to a depth of it's own diameter, into the trunk of an oak tree at 50 yard's. I only wish that the durability of the thrust band's could be greatly improved.
