OK, it's not a "Folk" album, but the purpose of Folk is to share good music, and as a blues/jazz album this is an amazing piece of work! The late Eva Cassidy did in fact record a number of folk songs, though never an album of such. Her vocal talent was such that she could make any genre seem effortless. Chuck Brown compliments her vocals with his own, and had she lived, this might have become one of the great vocal duos of the last 50 years.

I heard The Other Side quite by accident... since the first time I played I'm hooked...too bad Eva has passed on...I would have loved hearing more of them together!
