Darkstar Deck is the best. It has a beautiful concave, its like heaven, it has massive pop. The graphic gets scratched off wich is normal and I highly reccomend the deck, their wheels are great. What i like is that i get a lot of pop with this board and the concave gives better control. The deck is also very light. It is great for boardslides, tailslides, noseslides and lipslides coz it slides well. And its really great to get the deck thats guarenreed never to break. What I dont like is thier trucks on their completes. I would've liked to know about the trucks before I purchased the complete beacause I could've had a backup. Thier trucks aren't bad at all, bt not the best, they have a fast response to pop and turning, they're just not my favorite, the trucks are also slick for grinding wich is fantastic just as everything on this board is perfect. I love the flick coz this board helped me in getting my tre flips down, I learnt a tre flip, fullcab in just a few days so Darkstar completes/decks are perfect not only for experts but great for learning with.

uhh, the boards suck, you get what you pay for! brand nee complete board for 50.00! thats he cost of just a good deck!... its made for beginners, chetty wheels, slow bearings, weak trucks.. and laslty weak wood! im an experienced skate boarder and got one as a gift, i put real trucks bewting and wheels thinking thr deck would be good, after skating it hard like i normally would any other board it snapped doing an impossible on flat ground!! so i suggest you only get these boards if youre a beginner but upgrade the trucks, bearings and wheels.... at that cost better yet just buy a skateshop complete.

i loved this board and it handled like a dream. The board is quite hard wearing and it took a battering for a while... but... after a year i broke it.

Darkstar, Almost and Enjoi are all made in the same factory, they use the same wood and glue, Darkstar have an exclusive design called armor light which is guaranteed for 30 days, and almost have the new impact support boards coming out that feature carbon fibre discs in all the common breaking points.
This proves that Darkstar, Almost and Enjoi are all the same so go for one of them because you wont be disappointed.
Heavier skaters should go for resin 8, resin 9 or armor light because resin 7 is a tiny bit stronger than the regular deck but is still breakable, resin 8 is 8ply and uses the same epoxy glue as resin 7 and 8 resin 9 is 9ply and uses the same epoxy glue and is exclusive to Darkstar, armor light is 7ply but has carbon composite centre that makes it so strong that only around 16 boards have been broken within the 30 day guarantee, this makes the armor light perfect for heavier skaters.

I have owned a darkstar deck for about 3 months. The first thing you notice is it's great pop (it has better pop than my friend's 1 month old Flip and WorldIndustries decks). It also has good flip and the concave speads the weight nicely. Speaking of weight, this board has none. It is lighter than an Element superlight. It is very durable and handles grinds nicely. The only thing is it's tendency to get springy during boardslides, but it isn't much of a problem. Overall, this stuff if great.

Darkstar and world industries are the exact same thing... of course they feel springy... its made of rubbish wood... darkstar=dwindle
world industries=dwindle
blind=dwindle
enjoi=dwindle
are you catching a pattern hear they all are made to the same exact thing from the same bad distribution company

I have the Darkstar Wood deck about 5 months and it still has that amazing pop. Before this I had a Word Industries deck. Very good pop+flip. Great to do 360 flip, impossible... and they have cool graphics too!!! Note: buy DARKSTAR!!!

At the beginning of my school year my friend had a Darkstar deck and he let me skate it, I remember that the shape was really nice, the weight was average and it had a reasonable amount of pop. It seemed like a really good beginner deck, so if any beginner s are reading this go and get yourself a Darkstar at your local skate shop and trust me you won't regret it.

Ive been skating for 2 years now I have had a Industries deck, Element deck, and a Flip deck. But by far the best was my Darkstar Wood it lasted me the longest. For about 7 months I was able to ollie higher and my flip tricks improved quite vastly. I highly reccomend this to any one who wants to buy a great long lasting deck.

This deck is the best! It's supper light, VERY strong, and has some crazy pop & concave that does hold up (unlike shorty's or ccs decks). I would recommend these deck's for the novice to the advanced. I love mine!

if you like decks with alot of pop and monster concave and that are super strong then buy darkstar

You doggin the darkstar you dont even say why you hate it. Look I live in Ohio
I skate in the winter and my darkstar held up. It had a nice pop and it was impossible to bust.

you probably also had an indoor park because it kind of has that one thing called snow that i could see preventing one from skating
your lucky though this summer the rob dyrdek skate plaza is opening up in kettering

if a board is a bad shape, that you don't like then you will not skate as well on it! its all about personal preference...
