Good Points: it,s very funny, the contents are extensive, the music is excellent with historic bands and performance of the children playing it's awesome.
Bad Points: not much
General comments: School of Rock directed by Richard Linklater and playing by Jack Black, is a excellent and fun motion picture which a great guitarist Dewey Finn is fired from your band and he goes a private school to get money for the rent, there he meets a smart children which he teachs them to play rock music....

School of Rock Soundtrack - School of Rock was one of the funniest films in years featuring Jack Black (who is also 1/2 of Tenacious D) teaching a group of uptight schoolkids how to be rock 'n' rollers. The soundtrack is, as you could probably guess, a collection of RAWK songs, some performed by Jack Black and his young charges, and some by well known acts such as David Bowie, The Ramones, Led Zeppelin and T. School Of Rock - I love Jack Black, he is very funny. I always judge a movie by the actor.
This was great and not just for kids, It has inspiration, it was naughty but totally hilarious and I would recommend it to anyone that has a sense of humour. *******- Read ohashleyo's review (58 words)

I went to see School Of Rock expecting good things, but it was better than good, it was just so funny. Jack Black is a very unique talent in that he can be so humourous at the same time as making catchy music. I don't normally like movies with kids in them, but the kids in this film actually all added their own little bit of humour. After leaving the cinema I could have quite happily sat down and watched this film again, and I won't say that about many films.
