    Supreme Self Confidence by Paul McKenna is good stuff. The hypnotist is very skilled. I noticed some small changes and I will see if they last after 1 month of doing it.

    Great induction & valuable suggestions for increasing self confidence. This will work surely if you hear it regularly everyday for 1 month or more, unlike many self hypnosis tapes.

    Paul Mckenna, Supreme Self Confidence - The Paul Mckenna CD was borrowed from a friend who, like myself, has always had a low level of confidence. People seemed to always comment on how I was always apologising for things that I had not done or had nothing to apologise for. I found this was affecting all aspects of my life from relationships with friends family to neccessary tasks such as applying for a job.
