Bad Points: It would have best if the induction tape last for around 30 min/40 min etc
General comments: Great induction & valuable suggestions for increasing self confidence. This will work surely if you hear it regularly everyday for 1 month or more, unlike many self hypnosis tapes.

Paul Mckenna, Supreme Self Confidence - The Paul Mckenna CD was borrowed from a friend who, like myself, has always had a low level of confidence. People seemed to always comment on how I was always apologising for things that I had not done or had nothing to apologise for.
