Good Points: Greatest hits pre Stadium Arcadium really is their greatest hits.
Not a bad track on the album.
You will want to play it over and over.
General comments: This really is a greatest hits album, and whatever your taste in music, I am sure you will enjoy listening to this. It is a brilliant example of what a great band like the Chili Peppers are, from the emotional "Under The Bridge" to the rocking "Parallel Universe", the laid back sound of "Californication" to the cheeky "Suck My Kiss", and the funky sounds of "Higher Ground" and the catchy "By The Way". Every track is excellent!
It is an album you will want to listen to again and again. There's a bit of hard rock, soft rock, pop and ballad type music in this album, all combined to make Red Hot Chili Peppers Greatest Hits a real listening pleasure.

Anthony Kiedis has a brilliant voice, and John Frusciante is insane on the guitar! Flea is one of the best bass players i have ever heard and Chad Smith is brilliant on the drums.
I think The Red Hot Chili P ...- Read ross44's review (167 words)

When a band release a greatest hits album, they are usually an experianced and talented band. The Red Hot Chilli Peppers are no exception to this rule, they have been around since 1983 and have composed some of the most legonday songs of all time.
What i love about this album is that it brings all those legondary songs together into one hell of a CD:
Under the bridge
Give it away
Californication
Scar Tissue
Otherside
Suck my kiss
By the way
Parallel Universe
Breaking the girl
