Well my site has been down for 6 days now, not a single response from 1T3 hosting at all. I've filled out between 15-20 trouble tickets and not a single one has been opened up. I contacted RackForce who is the server provider and they won't even talk to you about your problems with 1T3. They take your money and run. But some good did come out of it all though, I now have a bookmark folder on my computer now called 1T3 Reputation Destruction.

When I was searching for a web host, I found out that 101sitehosting had just purchased 1T3 hosting. I was very impressed with their service, as 101sitehosting has a strong standard for customer service. That being said, www.1t3.com has a long road ahead, but with the service they showed me, I AM ON BOARD.- Read dgbakker's review (66 words)

The latest in the saga of the scammer 1t3
I called his MOTHER and the POLICE in his town, with no results.
He is still not answering my mails.
Before, my FTP did not work, but I could at least get into my account panel, where my credit card is and where I could see he owes me until August 31, 2006 for hosting.
But now he has shut me out of that even.

1T3.com uses ENOM for their domain registrar in that they are a reseller.
Enom supplied me with a phone number which does not work. However I have traced this company to British Columbia.
The irony of it is, I can get into my members area where it shows my account, domain and that I am paid up for a year, but my site won't work; it shows page not found error, and they do NOT respond to me, ever.
I don't even get an automated response!
I have emailed them repeatedly with my account info, ...- Read themaclady's review (152 words)

I am sorry to have to report once again, that after THREE MONTHS and repeatedly writing to 1T3's support desk, I get no response or a canned one saying to log into my members area. Sometimes that is working and sometimes not. I have also used the support ticket system on the website itself; so of the three methods including direct email, none gets a response.
I will continue to post updates as long as this keeps up. This is an intolerable situation!- Read themaclady's review (91 words)

Why can't 1T3 web hosting just email me back? My site has been gone for over two months now, and I have still not heard ONE WORD about it.
There doesn't seem to be anything I can do to get my money back, or at least get an extension on the contract for the time missed.- Read themaclady's review (68 words)

I did log into my 1T3 member account today and see a notice that said new servers have been installed and accounts were being recreated, but the response is terrible, and no one has ever said anything about my site being down for almost a month now.
I have long since moved the domain to another host by getting into the registrar and changing the DNS.- Read themaclady's review (82 words)

See above. What more can I say about 1T3 web hosting? I paid $50 for this year of hosting, and for the last 3 weeks have nothing, and can't even use the space for storage.
If you want a really reliable host with wonderful service I suggest you use hostingbegin.com

For the past three years 1T3.com (www.1t3.com) has continually let me down every time I go to renew my account. They crash my site and remove all passwords and FTP access and then they make me beg with endless emails to get them all back up again. Once my site was up and running everything was OK but once it went down it took months to get it back up. Support is terrible. If they just do what they say what they say would do everything would be fine. I have asked for their phone number and even a ...- Read artbaker's review (149 words)

Website has been down for 2 days, and judging from other reviews I'm reading it can take up to a week before they do anything about it. The website is regularly offline.
No server is immune to crashes or down time, but to not even reply to even advise paying customers about it is totally unacceptable.
Do not do business with these people.- Read scalu's review (78 words)

1T3.com is the worst hosting company on the net. A setup that seems to be created with the intention of just taking your money. Your site hardly goes up, service is just a mailbox which is never answered. A splendid example about their dirty lies, with 24/7 service. I'm told the guy behind this has a bad reputation. Folks like these should not have the opportunity to do business on the Internet.
Stay far away from these guys and spread the word: 1T3 hosting, a questionable set-up.- Read Cherry99's review (135 words and 1 comment)

1T3.com (www.1t3.com) is the worst host I have ever seen. My site was down more than up. The company refuses to answer e-mails. There is no technical support department as far as I can tell. They are negligent to an extreme. Had to contact another company to get my domain name unlocked to move it to a respectable company. Here's a hint, never have a company host your website you cannot call on the phone.- Read artbronze's review (88 words)

1T3.com's downtime exceeding 50% (NO JOKE!!!). Today marks the seventh day IN A ROW that their server is down. They are not in a position to run a serious hosting company, neither technically nor financially. I also heared a lot of bad stories about the guy behind this. Obviously someone in conflict with the law on a frequent basis.- Read Cherry99's review (106 words)
