Good Points: P4 2.53ghz, 512 ddr ram, dvd and cdrw combo,GEforce 4 64mb,£999 @ dixons incredible value
Bad Points: microstar ?, 15in screen with 14 base casues screen overhang, poor sound card,
General comments: firstly i am beig very picky with my bad points. This is a fantastic laptop with too many features to fully list.
laptop is quiet in operation and seems stable in operation. Had an advent before, and am much happier with this. The price is unheard of and it comes with a more than reasonable amount of pre installed software, inc nero. Laptop has firewire interface, and infra red, does anyone know anything about the USB 2.
Fantastic laptop with fantastic features. You won't be dissapointed.

This microstar 6032 is a perfect laptop for first time buyers or people on a budget. Very high spec for the price (£1099.00 from dixons.com), plays nearly all 3d games smoothly, win xp home preinstalled, but has no internal floppy drive, has 4 usb ports 3 usb1.1 and 1 supposnily usb 2.0, on board lan etc.... sturdy build and very portable, batery life approx 1 30 hrs.
