The Nokia 6100 is the best phone I've ever owned. I've had it for years & its totally reliable. It gets a signal in the worst places, the battery lasts forever and its incredibly easy to use & navigate. The keypad is v easy for txting & the menus v intuitive. My only problem is that I have now filled its directory up & I'm gutted I can't add more memory so I have to buy a new phone. Nothing will replace my 6100 I am devastated I have to get another one.
If you want a simple phone that is 100% reliable & is brilliant for calls & txting with no stupid gadgets then this is the one for you. Its stylie & just the right size for your pocket. Oh & I've dropped the poor thing so many times but it still works 100% fine, its a tough little beast. I LOVE THIS PHONE!!!!

Altogether I would recomend the Nokia 6100, if it is a phone you want and not a gadget item, no camera or video, but if you wanted that you should buy a camera.

I got the Nokia 6100 for my 17th birthday and love it! I dont mind that it hasn't got a camera, I like the fact that it is so small and stylish. The battery life lasts for ages and I use my phone all day every day. I also like the fact that it is not a enormously popular phone, it's very rare I see anybody else with one.

I bought my Nokia 6100 a year ago and it's easily the best phone I've owned. I was tempted by an all-singing, all-dancing Motorola last week, which did everything bar the washing up. However, it was so bad at texting after the Nokia, I put it on eBay within 24 hours. If you want annoying polyphonic ring tones, buy an MP3 player, if you want a camera, buy ... a camera. If, on the other hand, you want a mobile phone that you can use as a, well... a telephone, get this Nokia.

The Nokia 6100 phone was a real surprise. I was used to a 6310, but spilt water in it during calling in a bubble bath. Anyway, this is the replacement, and it's too small, you look like an idiot. Need again a new cable, but found out how the infrared is working to replicate with my pc. For the memory, turn on the automatic deletion in your calendar. It has no Bluetooth! Not handy when you are looking for a person with Bluetooth in a bar :-)
I am not happy with this thing. Need to use it for bu ...

The Nokia 6100 is a replacement for my 3510. I found this 6100 10 times easier use and with the colour screen and graphics makes it a great little phone. Also with the infra red port and the software that comes with the phone allows you to transfer images from your PC as wallpaper etc.

    Nokia have done it again!

How do they cram so many features into such a small phone?

Reception and sound quality are exeptional.

On average battery will last 6-7 days without needing charging.

    Menu navigation is brilliant.

Can not fault this phone in any way!

Nokia prove they are the best, yet again!

Had this Nokia 6100 mobile phone for a year and have to say that i am very satisfied. The menu system is classic nokia and is very intuitive to use, i have rarely, if ever, looked at the handbook.
I have read some reviewers saying that the build quality is poor, can't say that i agree. Due to my general clumsy nature the phone has been dropped, kicked stood on and generally beaten about since i got it and its still going strong. Screen quality is top end and the battery life is amazing. My br ...

The Nokia 6100 is a really nice looking mobile phone, but on firmware version 5.16, I have had nothing but trouble.

Screen going faint and disappearing altogether.
Buttons freezing so I couldn't pick up or make calls.
The phone seemed to have a mind of its own and started to switch itself on and off and change profile on its own!

    All very strange!

The Nokia 6100 is one of the smallest and lightest mobile phones on the market.
It is very good for a basic user who really only needs it for voice calls and texting.
Games don't work very well on it as the screen flickers and the key pad can't cope with two commands at any one time e.g in Space Invaders it is impossible to move and shoot at the same time.
The camera attachment isn't really worth the cost as you'd never bother taking it out with you as it is so cumbersome (masses of wires). ...

Have had this Nokia 6100 mobile phone for nearly a year now & I am very happy with it. It does it's job well, looks the part and has enough features to keep it up to date - built-in hands-free feature works suprisingly well. Connectivity is good - infrared works very well for linking to PC. Good layout unlike some other 'trendy' Nokias. Battery life is excellent & recharge time good. Only possible gripe is that, due to it's light weight it feels a bit plasticy - battery cover especially.

I have waited for this Nokia 6100 mobile phone for a long time and I've been using it for 3 months without any problem. To say the truth, this phone is user-friendly, full of real and useful functionalities, such as the speaker, the agenda easy to reach and synchronize with Outlook through USB cable or infra-red. It comes with a CD which allows you to download photos, ringtones and any other files on your phone, as easily as that.
I was fed up with phones which looked like toys, now I have a re ...

The GO TO menu on the Nokia 6100 mobile phone is indispensible. Speakerphone excellent especially when driving (no need for headsets etc). Shortcuts for Diary & Text priceless. Only 1 game - SO WHAT! As a phone this model can't be beaten for quality of functions, ease of use and looks. I have had 5 Nokia's, 2 Motorola's, 2 Sony Ericsson's and a Samsung. This one is THE BEST (so far!)

Ive had this Nokia 6100 mobile phone for around 2 months now and i feel its a great buy. £130 plus free £20 worth Text Saver when you buy online at Orange gives you 5 free texts a day for a year! The phones easy to use and very esy on the eye. Small, light and extremly bright in a dark room. You can have different settings on your phone, i mainly use the General setting which is ringing and vibrating at the same time. If you prefer to not use any ringtones then the vibrate feature is ...

The Nokia 6100 is a very good mobile phone and it has some really good choices, but there are things that bug me about this phone...
1)The game was awful and completely confusing
2)There's not that much to the 6100
3)It's pointless having a four arrow joystick when the left and right are hardly used.
    But apart from that:
1)You can really customise your phone with the cable (brilliant software!!!)
2)Vibration is actually quite amazing for this size phone
    3)Wicked polyphonic ringtones, so y ...

Although nokia is well known for packing masses of functions into ever smaller mobiles the 6100 just does not measure up. It is being targeted as a business tool yet with to bluetooth or even voice dial facility it just becomes yet another small average mobile.

The Nokia 6100 is my 3rd mobile phone. Earlier I had 6610. To be honest, I had mixed feelings about 6610. I liked its user- interface, color screen, battery life, etc, but was put off by its voice quality and flimsy covers. There were instances where the guy at the other end would ask me to call from the land line. The conversation would break frequently.

At that time, the two good phones were 6610 & 6100. I chose 6610 over 6100, because of two things: 1) radio & 2) Price [it was about USD50 ...
