Good Points: Light, straight stock (I'm a lefty), tough finish on the barrels, pretty wood, light on the pocket-book.

Bad Points: Very stiff action upon purchase. I bought the gun 4 years ago and it is still a little stiff. Automatic safety - have it disable by a gunsmith...I don't want to count the number of missed birds becuase of this!

General comments: I have always been a Browning man, when I went looking to buy my first o/u I thought for sure it would be a Citori. From the first time I picked the Beretta Whitewing up it just felt right. Nice and light, well balanced and has proven to be versatile. Being a lefty it has been tough for me to handle guns that were built for right-handed shooters. There is no palm swell to deal with and the sight line is nice and straight. The gun comes to my shoulder and eye very easily.

The Beretta Whitewing 20b is the same basic gun as there more expensive ones (silver pigeon...etc) but without all the engraving....great gun, look for them used...they hold value very well too.

Good buy if you can find one. Berreta only distributes in Europe now. Its a really light weight shotgun and its great to use. There are no bad points

The Beretta Whitewing 20b is the cheapest of the beretta o/u guns, in my view it a great gun- it's reliable, gives good patterns and spread and is light weight while still retaining good handling properties. A good buy for anyone, new to the sport or not.
