    Good Points: excellent phone


    Bad Points: sloppy joystick


    General comments: The Alcatel One Touch 512 is a nice phone, i still use it after all these years :)

    The Alcatel One Touch 512 mobile phone is excelent, doesen't have many bugs, the menu is well designed and i really like the cool back light. The buttons are very good and durable, but not very well lighted. Another bad point is the joystick, it is a real pain in the butt, it is very bad designed and is not durable, you can get at a point when the phone is unusuable beacause of this button, wich brokes very quickly. I think this is the only and the biggest bad point at this phone. Except the joy ...

    This Alcatel One Touch 512 mobile is cool... But A few things could've been better ...LIke the Call record thing... and they need to be better in marketing there fones

    Alcatel 512 is a good phone but it could have been batter with few more options like calander, better phone book entries and with a bettter call record system which would show incoming and outgoing call time as well. Polyphonic ring tones could have been more better like Samsung's or Nokia's. Apart from these few improvement possibilities this phone is a great one. It attracts others because of its cute size and other good functionalities.

    Alcatel needs better models and strong worldwide marketing strategy to compete with other popular brands in order to stay "alive", and with multi choices for varied customer satisfaction.

    The Alcatel One Touch 512 mobile phone is very cheap but has many, many functions. It has good ringtones. It's voice recorder is very good but too small.
