What a piece of junk! The Motorola C332's battery won't hold a charge for more than 12 hours and the earphone jack stopped working and the phone is LESS than a year old. Motorola should recall this defective phone and apologize for selling such an inadequate product.

I bought the Motorola C332 because I liked the shape and got really good rebates on it. Little did I know that I was going to have to replace it on a regular basis. The fact that the internal battery was terrible has continued to be an issue and my phone company keeps finding new things for me to try and do to fix the problem and has not helped much either. Finally, they are going to send me another phone-- a different phone. This time I am getting the Motorola C350, but I think that when I ...

I have had my Motorola C332 Mobile Phone for nearly a year and the battery life is horrible. I fully charge it and after a few short calls, the phone needs to be charged again. The out of battery beep is slowly driving me insane.....

Also, at times the screen doesn't show up and I have to press a section of the phone to see it.

I love how my Motorola C332 GSM is way cute. I liked that about it. I love the little bird screen saver, it's so cute. It has good reception and it's really small. It was easily lost, the charger doesn't match any other charger around, it lost it's battery life quickly, and NEVER get it wet because it will ruin it.

I will never buy Motorola again. This battery issue made the whole Motorola C332 GSM phone experience the pits. Family plan = double the problems. My carrier yanked this phone from the shelves. And Motorola's answer to this mess, send me a no frills phone that was in fact cheaper that my first. No ringtones, No T-Zones that I pay each month for. But a letter that says "contains all of the same functionality" This is why when I buy my picture phone I will buy the Samsung.

Motorola C332 GSM is a free phone with a contract, this phone is great, however, after a few months the software and battery problems kick in, and it becomes a nightmare. Please don't pay for this model phone. Motorola makes other great phone models.

I purchased this Motorola C332 GSM mobile phone because it was cute, and gave up my nokia 3390. First loss, no alarm to wake me up????? Very Low ring!! Very small and slips in small crevices easily ..and you will break your fingers trying to retrieve it.

I really like this Motorola C332 GSM mobile phone, you can download extremely good quality rings and screensavers and games to personalize the phone but it already has alot of them programed in it so you really dont need to. I especially like the caller id pics, that way when your honey calls aheart will show up, and if its a friend you can have their icon be a beer mug, etc. It is small and compact and withstands alot, mine has been dropped way too many times. The only downside is the battery ...

I got this phone for free, in fact I made money off of the rebates to take it, and I wish I had paid to have a decent phone. The battery/software problem is definetly a problem and after a few months the battery lasts less than two days with normal use. The reception is not good although this may have to do with the phone service. It has a very plastic feel to it and feels with it will break when dropped. However, my biggest complaint is the volume on the earpiece is too low even when turned up ...

the phone has a known issue in which the internal battery of the phone will register as an incorrect charge with the phone's software, this means that you can charge the phone all night then wake up use the phone once and get a low battery indicator, according to Motorola if you turn the phone off then back on this will resolve the issue, however in practaice this is only a temporary fix that works half the time eventually the issue gets worse then the phone will begin to power off on a full cha ...

The Motorola C332 is a fair to poor phone, mainly because it tries to cover up very bad errors with eye-catching features, in which it succeeds in doing.

It seems to have what everyone looks for: Polyphonic Ringtones, voice command, bright screen, and very stylish body. It also has a master switch, which can be handy when lockgin teh phone to children and other people who are less intellegent on cellular phones ;).

However, a phone's most critical components are lacking on this model phon ...

I really like most of this Motorola C332 GSM features. On the other hand it could use a little work. Internet access, cute screen savers and wallpapers, detailed phone book, and voice dial are all the nice things about this phone. I really don't understand why Motorola would put such good features into such a junky phone. I have already returned my phone twice and my husbands once. It seems that having the ringer turned up full blast all the time, (in order for me to "sometimes" hear it) blo ...

Not a bad phone if it's free, but if you have to pay you can do better. The reception is fair to be kind. The ringer volume is horrible for low pitched ringtones. There are times when pushing a button several times is required before it registers, especially when trying to end a call or browser session. All in all it's a decent phone but I'm glad I didn't have to pay for it.

I got this phone for $20 because I'm a current TMobile customer. Arrived in 3 days and having a lot of fun with it. Battery life sucks to be sure, but I charge it daily so this is not a problem. I'm more concerned about the built-in battery, which makes it impossible to replace once it can't hold a charge. So what do I do with the phone when that happens? Discard it like a BIC lighter? Geez...

The Motorola C332 GSM looks great and has awesome features. But the battery life totally sucks. You can't use those awesome features if you have no battery.

The phone looks great, it has really creative ringtones, and it bearly weighs anything, BUT it'd be nice if you had a battery to use all these features with. The battery time on these phones is HORRIBLE. I'm on my 4th replacement phone with T-mobile and it is apparent to me that all these phones have the same problem.
