i bought a Brietling Superocean Chronomatic. from blitz watches after 18 month the seal perished and water got into the back. I Was unable to trace them again. all phone numbers were obsolete.
after checking on Breitlings Website, they advised do not allow any suppliers to sell their wathces over the internet. I ended up sending watch back to Breitling at my cost for repair.

I would receommend people to stear clear of this company.

Wonderful easy to use website & well detailed! I bought a Franck Muller watch from Blitz watches & a Tag earlier on & found no problems with the Muller however, I did experience an issues with the Tag watch though after almost 4 months wear!I called the customer services to be spoken to by the manager and was told, "As I was a returning customer who had a minor problem in which they could swiftly sort out in a week", I was happy UNTIL t took them 3 weeks(!) to return the watch!Overall, Tag watch ...

I bought an Omega Seamaster Quartz watch from them, delivered quickly, no problems with the watch at all. I'd bought an Omega automatic from another retailer previously and had nothing but problems. It seems to me that automatic movements are not as reliable as the manufacturers would like us to think.

    Overall, good service, good watch.

Both of the watches I bought from them went wrong after 1 yr & two yrs.A ladies Breitling & an Omega Seamaster.
The Breitling I ordered for my wife was supposed to have been automatic, turned out to be a battery model ( which I did not notice until I sent it in for repair one yr later ) No satisfaction from Blitz at all.

I bought a watch from Blitz- after a while, it needed some warranty work doing- but when I tried to organise this, I found that they had disappeared

After doing some research- it seems that they have set up again under another name

Beware- these people are, in my opinion, unscrupulous- I feel that they have ripped me off and totally left me in the lurch with a £3000 breitling

I would advise you not to buy anything off them- at your peril if you do

I bought a Breitling watch from Blitz Watches, which arrived 3 months late, and after 5 months it started to go wrong.
Unfortunately, I cannot get hold of Blitz at all.
Looks like I will have to ask Breitling to repair a watch less than 5 months old, and at a cost.
I did purchase this watch on their interest free option, so I have contacted the finance company to see where I stand.

When I bought my Breitling Colt and Hercules in 2004. They both came with all papers and a warranty, as if I had walked into my local dealer.
However, when I ordered my Hercules from Blitz Watches, I was told it would be there within a week, only to be told it wasn't in stock, then it was dispatched and it wasn't, and then worst, I had to settle for the blue dial not the black, otherwise it would be 3 months, as their order was wrong from their supplier.

Blitz Watches is the worst shop I have ever dealt with! Omega watch came with no documents when I rang up to ask for it I was told they must have been lost at blitz and hard luck not interested at all.

The watch that we ordered from Blitz Watches arrived on time. Unfortunately, there was no manufacturers warranty; only an email from Blitz stating the watch had a 2 year warranty (Ebel themselves offer a 3 year warranty). The watch went wrong in less than 2 years. Blitz appear to have disappeared, and we have been left with a near on £200 repair bill.

The Tissot watch that I ordered from Blitz Watches arrived on time, and it was what was expected.

Unfortunately, the customer service is appalling if something goes wrong. They tried not to honour the warranty.

Their 2 year warranty only on most watches. When the bracelet clasp broke on the Gucci watch we bought after 15 months they refused to honour the warranty stating that "we only cover the watch mechanism" despite what their warranty says (it excludes fabric and leather straps but ours is a steel bracelet one).

We're now pursuing them via small claims.

I needed to get something special for my better half, and the sales girl recommended a Gucci diamond watch. The watch arrived the next day, and the sales girl had it delivered to my work so the wife didn't see the parcel. 2 Days later, whilst reading a magazine, the wife spotted the same watch in an advert, and she noted that when she gets her bonus in January, that she would buy it!

Bonus points for this Christmas, which means bonus points for Blitz Watches!

I ordered a watch from them, which was cheaper than many other on-line companies. It was delivered on time, and I would recommend Blitz Watches to my friends.

I ordered two products from Blitz Watches. Their website showed full pictures and details. The items which arrived were cheaper alternatives to those I had paid for. The pen had no authenticity documents.

The woman (who called herself a manager) insisted I had received the items I had ordered, despite my producing proof to the contrary.

After much ado, I received a refund to my credit card.
However, the postage has never been refunded, and I am £20 down, despite the 'mistake' ...

    Update on my previous listing:
Eventually received the watch back-weeks later than promised.
It worked for a few weeks and then stopped yet again. This time there appears to be water in it.
Blitz are still refusing to refund or replace the watch-and also have never repaid any of the postage and packaging as they promised.
Time for the small claims court.
Do not go near this company.

With a website which categorically stated "Delivery: 4 working days from placing order" (now amended to say 4 - 10 days, but in my case even the 10 days was dreaming), or the non-existent customer service (the estimated delivery date came and went 3 times, and each time I had to phone them to find out what was going on). I ordered 2 watches from Blitz Watches, both of which weren't in stock and were promised in 4 days (but customer service said: "we give an ESTIMATED date, thus the 4 days is no ...
