Ordered 2 DVDs, one went missing. E-mailed a number of times and only got a reply after 2 weeks which was a copy and paste of their FAQs page, its been nearly 2 weeks again and I still have no reply to my last e-mail. Only choice is to get the credit card company involved to claim my money back...they just don't care about their customers! (read more)
