You just mail them a query and you'll definetely get a prompt reply. I bought Nikon P90 from this website and i was afraid whether i'll get my cam or not, I got the delivery on time. I'm seroiusly thankful to this person.

1.) Website was out of date
2.) Customer service was non existant!
3.) Only thing that worked was their online payment system which took my money almost immediately!
4.) Waste of time - my wifes birthday present was 2 weeks late because of them! Had to eventually go elsewhere!

Was a bit doubtful of this site at first, looked around for reviews and called about 3 times to ask several questions until I made up my mind.

Best decision in a long time..!! excellent camera, good service, and BRILLIANT delivery times. Got the right camera in its original packaging with everything that was supposed to be in it..! I am delighted and would recommend Buy a Camera to anyone!

i sent for a canon 25-250 zoom lens with IS. i ordered the lens wednesday and it arrived the next morning at 9.45.the lens is excellent it might not appeal to the lens snobs, but i can assure you it will do a great job, i would buy off Buy A Camera again and i will recommend them to anyone.

Buy A Camera is brilliant! Ordered my Panasonic Lumix TZ7 yesterday at 11:00, got confirmation that it had been dispatched at 16:44, received the camera today at 11:50! Highly recommended!

All too often now a days days we are forced to endure indifferent delivery and customer service. what a refreshing change then to have the pleasure of dealing with "Buy A Camera"

I phoned them up on Tuesday at 2.30 and my camera was delivered Wednesday PM. The guy who took my order was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly even offering to have my camera delivered to my placed of work.

Price was very competitive and cost of delivery not extortionate.

Highly recommended.

I bought a Panasonic DMC FZ28 camera from Buyacamera and found their service excellent. They did what it said on the tin! Cheapest price, speedy delivery, goods in perfect condition when they arrived. I ordered the camera at 11.00pm on Tuesday and it arrived at my place of work at 11.00am on Thursday, fantastic. I would thoroughly recommend them for cameras. Shop around for your accessories though, particularly spare batteries, memory cards etc, they tend to be expensive for these.

I ordered the FZ28 from www.buyacamera.co.uk on Thursday morning, it arrived at 9am the next day. I did this online, but also spoke to one of their customer support who was more than happy to go out of his way to help me. I WILL be using these guys for ALL my photographic stuff and highly recommend anyone else does the same. Excellent service and good prices.

I ordered my Sony A200 Mega Bundle from Buy A Camera at 7.30am on Tuesday and recived my goods 1.00pm on the Wednesday. I was able to keep track of my goods via the internet. The Sony A200 is a fantastic entry level DSLR, easy to use with amazing results. I bought mine for £296 & I got the body, 18-70 zoom lens, 2gig Flash card, UV filter and carry case. Try & find that cheeper I DARE YOU!

I purchased a new camera system in May 2009 from Buy A Camera and was pleased with the service and price of the camera. Do not purchase SD cards from this company. See bad points.

I ordered a Panasonic FX28 superzoom camera from Buy-A-Camera. They offered the best price I could find on the Internet (and I spent a lot of time looking!). Their web site was easy to use, and I received the camera, very well packaged, very quickly. I would highly recommend buyacamera.co.uk!

After searching the net I found that "Buy a camera" was one of the cheapest on the UK web. I bought a Panasonic TZ6 from them and the camera arrived within one and a half days. I also liked the fact that the contents of the camera box had been checked to make sure that everything was there prior to dispatch.

I have bought two cameras from Buy A Camera, both times the camera was the cheapest I could find and the parcel was delivered the very next day. When I had a small technical problem I called them on the phone and received very useful advice.

I have used this website 3 times now for my cameras and each time they have been the cheapest. The customer service has always been great, and the goods have always been delivered within the promised 24 hours. This website has been a welcome quality website following bad experiences with others such as Pixmania and Cameras2U. HIGHLY recommend, and I will go straight back to this company in the future.

Arrived within 24 hours of ordering, well-packaged and exactly as described, couldn't want more.

I was a little worried by some of the negative comments, but I feel that is likely accountable by the fact that a poor customer experience is much more likely to be reported than a good one. Whatever the reason, I would recommend buyacamera.co.uk.

Camera ordered from Buy A Camera arrived late - upon delivery box had been opened and it looked as though the camera had been tampered with. I can find no mention at all on website that they open camera boxes to check what's inside is actually there, but the fact of the matter is that the camera itself had been handled, it appeared to have been used before and they did not seem very accommodating in supplying a sealed one.

The camera arrived late and they said that I should reclaim my postage and any compensation from Buyacamera.
However on talking to Buyacamera to explain the situation, the employee I spoke to seemed completely unfriendly and unsympathetic to me and did not appear accommodating at all. Also he sounded very questionable about giving out information regarding a manager as I wished to write a formal complaint. Finally, the camera arrived and it had been opened by Buyacamera - they said 'to check tha ...
