    I recently was looking for some shoes for a special occasion and found just what I was looking for at Dorothy Perkins. After finding what I wanted I had a look to see if I could find them any cheaper. I stumbled upon a discount voucher code site called QuidCodes, www.quidcodes.com which conveniently had a 20% off voucher good for today only! I lucked out, got the shoes I wanted and saved more than expected. I'm glad there are sites like QuidCodes because money is tight and we could always use some additional savings. Thanks, C - London

    Love it. Dont know why the whole commotion! Dorothy perkins is a brilliant brand with lots to offer for women of all shapes and sizes. I will keep shopping there :)

    I would never use the Dorothy Perkins site again, I placed an order, have been charged but the item has never arrived. There is no telephone number to call and no ones responds to my email!

    I have loved everything I have ever bought from their, bar a cardigan (not their fault - stripes just don't suit me I soon realised). I have bought a hat and a skirt, as well as some basic tops and wow-oh-wow. I love it! I really hope people don't look at these reviews and think 'Oh God no then!' There are many DP stores located all over the country, and I think if you don't like their delivery service (I personally do!) then you should just go and try a store.     I love the site, and the clothes, but the appalling customer service puts me off. My experience has been repeatedly bad, so I won't be going back there.

    I ordered around £150.00 worth of clothing from the Dorothy Perkins' website. Having shopped in various stores throughout the UK and being fairly happy with the overall experience, I was pleased to hear they finally deliver outside the UK.     I ordered my stuff over two weeks ago on dorothy perkins website and still have not recieved my order! I have been emailing the customer service team all the time and someone emailed back saying that they would look into it but I still haven't herad back anything!? Don't order off of their website! I have spent £99 on clothes that I haven't even recieved yet!

    Bring back the tall range in stores! People need to be able to try them on and get a feel for what they're buying.

    Please have clearer images, particularly when advertising dark colours. Can the images be larger, even when enlarged you cannot get a feel for the detail of the item of clothing you are looking at.

    When will I learn?? I've bought a few things online with Dorothy Perkins. The last time a product worth £8 didn't arrive because it was out of stock, and it had been crossed off the delivery notice by hand, but I wasn't given a refund for it. Nobody answered the emails I sent.

    This time I've ordered two jumpers online on a Thursday evening, at about 6pm ish. I paid for the quick delivery so it should take two days from the day you place the order.

    They never respond to emails. My order never arrived. I received a refund after 8 emails (none were replied to. 14 calls - only one answered after 40 minutes). Refunded minus delivery - livid! Why should I pay for their terrible service and parcel never arriving? I will never use Dorothy Perkins again!!

    I am an avid online shopper, as I can't take the hassle of car parking or waiting in long queues to buy stuff.

    However, I wanted to visit Dorothy Perkins' showroom, and I did that some days ago. It is a not very far off from my place (15 - 20 minutes drive). I must say that I was fairy satisfied by their online service (delivery on time or it may be one two days here and there).

    The coat would have been value for money had it actually arrived. As it didn't arrive, I was refunded my money from Dorothy Perkins and told to order it again, but the discount I initially used on it has now expired. I definitely do not recommend.

    Dorothy Perkins delivery is the worst I have encountered. I am still waiting for my item, and they have the cheek to charge £3.95 for a 3 day delivery, and 2 weeks later I am still waiting!

    Living on the Isle of Wight we don't have the choice of mainland shoppers. Dorothy Perkins in Newport is in a very good situation thus bringing in, I imagine, a high number of Island shoppers, especially the young. Although not young I am attracted by the window displays and have ventured in a number of times to buy, always, I am afraid to say, being served by extremely bad mannered and totally unprofessional staff.......I am sure that all the staff cannot be rude and impatient but have yet to ...

    It's fun, it aways works. I have shopped at Dorothy Perkins online about 20 times and get the goods within 3 to 5 days. There are no bad points.

    Dorothy Perkins www.dorothyperkins.co.uk - I recently ordered a top from the Dorothy Perkins website as I had previously experienced good service in their stores and assumed their website would be the same...how wrong was I!

    I have used Dororthy Perkins online quite a few times, and have always been very happy with my purchases. Have found the delivery a bit slow (but good just be to Northern Scotland). However, shockingly bad on this occasion - waited 10 days!!!

    Furthermore, this is the first time I have had to return something. I am still waiting for a refund even though I was told it would be refunded as priority over a week ago.

    Phones lines are being upgraded so can't get through, and emails take 2 - 3 at ...

    I made an order from Dorothy Perkins online. However, they have been the most unhelpful online order company I have ever dealt with. The website itself was difficult to use as it didn't like my browser. I persevered, but wish I hadn't. First, the confirmation email. This was a nightmare to read.
