    I've been using redstore.com for pc components for some time now, i've always found them to be friendly and helpful, always keeping me up to date on shipping times and delivery dates, always able to inform me when new products arrive and when products are available at special prices.     I've used Redstore many times and have always found the service to be prompt and accurate. The items are competively priced, and quickly provided when in stock. A good range is also available of similar items, allowing you to choose the best for what you want from a range of manufacturers.

    I ordered a 10-port USB from Redstore on Thursday 14 May, as I needed to load data onto 300 USBs for an exhibition starting on Thursday 28th. Received an e-mail on 18th saying item would be in stock in 2 days, then despatched. Receipt by me by Friday 22nd would be OK for me. However item was not despatched until Tuesday 26th and received by me on Wednesday 27th. Clearly too late to be of any use for the work required for this exhibition.

    I ordered a Veho USB microscope from Redstore and was impressed at the speedy delivery without paying any extra for a guaranteed delivery. I was looking for this particular product for some time and Redstore came back best price including the delivery charge, Bonus!

    When my power supply unit went on my pre '98 PC, I was not sure that I would be able to get a unit to go with my computer. I searched the internet, after looking at many sites, I could not find the model I required. I was about to give up, when I came upon Redstore www.redstore.com which had the exact type of model I required.     Redstore have great service, flawless. Genius. I cheaped out and selected 3-5 day postage. Arrived next day, works flawlessly (Bluetooth adapter). After having been messed around by someone else, this was a breath of fresh air.

    Ordered a very nice PC case from Redstore, it arrived in a day and was well packaged, and they use a reliable courrier. Excellent service, and all for a cheap price, will use again in the future. Fast delivery, excellent service, cheap. Only bad point was login/sign up system bit awkward /slow.

    Ordered from Redstore on a Sunday and item arrived on the Tuesday, well packed. Postage prices are quite expensive compared to a lot of other online stores, however my item & postage still came to less than I could find it anywhere else so all in all - very happy :)

    Redstore have fast service for out-of-stock items. Good prices. Despite being told on Monday that items were out-of-stock and would be a few days, the items arrived direct on Weds morning - excellent delivery.
