    At first was told that item was not in stock but upon checking for my next choice advisor found first choice was in stock after all- happy days.
    Had to wait for item to come from their "hub" but that was only one days delay so ordered on Wednesday - delivered on Friday.
    Had an issue with the tracking service which would not let me log in but this was quickly(within hours) solved by their technical people.Excellent overnight service from TNT.Good prices, good range good service - I shall use them ...

    I guess the delivery was impacted by the postal strikes but after two failed attempts, they did send out my order by DHL and that was great; they took the responsibility and made sure that my order was delivered.

    I would recommend this Seller. Their Customer Service is what needs improvement :-).

    It took a while, but product arrived and was the right stuff. Website required I rate Customer Service, - I didn't use Customer Service so how would I know how good they are?

    Like all the others who have reported on REDSTORE, I ordered and paid for my software then after a long wait was told that the item would cost 50% more. They cancelled the order (I am waiting for the refund) and want me to pay out more money. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

    Pre-ordered Windows 7 and paid. Order cancelled on release date due to "out of stock" and money refunded. Same product, same price still on website on release date stating "Availability: good" Considerable inconvenience and now have to purchase elsewhere at a higher price. Also ordered Home Premium from Tesco who have delivered without a problem. Will not use this company again.

    Put in an order for Pre-Release date Windows 7 which was market wide on a discount for pre orders. When release date came round was sent an email saying product not available so order cancelled - however you can order Windows 7 from the site now at the new increased prices????? That's the point of pre-order - it isn't available until release date. Totally non-sensical, illogical, frustrating and I can't put into words how annoyed I really am. I mean the boat has gone now - I can't even take ...

    Great value for money, well laid out website, goods as described and delivered within a week, goods seem of good quality.

    One disappointment were some confusing emails arising from the order (two order numbers one for the goods and one for no goods). An email to clarify the confusion did not get a response. This apart, however, a very positive experience.

    Website shopping cart errors let the company down. Price & delivery were both excellent
