Their delivery business partner Evri has been constantly wrong about the delivery. Called La Redoute four times to explain I have security camera footage to prove it and expect them to sort it out. Four times, I was treated with disrespect. Finally they accepted Evri lost my parcel after two weeks of battling with them! Instead of offering to send new products with express delivery and an apology for all the time they wasted, they want to give me a refund to they can resell the items in full price. Appealing customer service. Avoid La Redoute at any cost.
