    I only clicked on one star because I couldn't work out how to leave none. Appalling company, have got my order wrong twice in a row and still refuse to tell me when I will get my order. STAY AWAY! They are terrible.

    La Redoute is the worst worst worst worst worst online shopping company in the history of online shopping. I do not intend to EVER use them again. Twice I have ordered from them twice they let me down. You speak to them on the telephone and not one person can give you an accurate indication as to what is happening with your order. Telephone staff are generally rude, defensive and entirely customer unfocussed.

    Unfortunately, my experience of la redoute had been abysmal. Having ordered my items, i discovered a discount code in the small print of he site to be entered upon checkout in order to receive 25% discount on my shopping. Naturally I wanted the discount, but in order to amend my booking, i needed a customer number to log in.     I made an order as a first time customer with la redoute and saw afterwards that I'd overlooked putting in the code that would get me a discount and free return. I phoned and was told to wait till the order was processed and ring again and they would do the discount etc. manually. Rang this morning on reciept of despatch notice and was told this time that too late for the discount and they had no record of the first phone call.     Telephone number never got answered and so I could not speak to anyone, web site was just as bad. I have cancelled my account with them, I found them to be a useless company to deal with.

    On a very regular basis from La Redoute I receive letters, brochures, and discount vouchers through the post. e.mail messages also arrive constantly.
    I find these are useless without personal help with a query.
    If they cannot provide this service then i shall not be ordering from them again. I would like them to take my name off their mailing list to save us both a lot of time and money.

    I feel that UK Customer service is very poor. Searched for bedlinen all over internet. Found exact match on La Redoute France site. Strangely it seems that folk from just about every country in the world except the UK are able to order online from the French Site.I wrote to La Redoute France [in French] and La Redoute UK about the problem.     I just recently moved from Switzerland to England and wanted to continue with La Redoute. I had ordered several times a catalogue with no success only to receive a letter today that my application (for a catalogue!) had be declined. Of course, no reasons given. Now, that is simply ridiculous and the worst from of customer service I have ever come across.

    La Redoute www.redoute.co.uk got my order wrong three times in a row, and weren't even apologetic after I spent over an hour on the phone having to sort it out. The phone calls ended up costing me nearly as much as the item they couldn't deliver, and their customer service rep then still tried to charge me for the redelivery of the item.     I ordered 18 items from the kiddies range in the La Redoute sale. I ordered the items online. It took 5 days to process my order, by which time 16 items had sold out. I only found this out when I rang to find out where my order was. Goods still have not arrived, so I can't comment on the quality.     I encountered La Redoute many years ago, and thought very little of the quality. I thought they may have changed, but if anything it's worse. I wish I had come to Review Centre before placing my order. I ordered 2 tunics and one pair of trousers (sale prices). 1 tunic was not in stock, but I have not been charged.     I ordered two small items of children's clothing from la redoute - a pack of socks and a pair of Bermuda shorts.
    What I received was two parcels, each charging £3.45 postage, when the actual postage, both for sending and returning would have been under £1.00 each way.

    I don't want to hear the age old comment that La Redoute has to pay for the items returned, therefore the charge has to be £3.45, as I would willingly do that.

    We will NOT be ordering again.

    The products from La Redoute are wonderful, but the ordering system is archaic, and the marketing blurb is insulting to the intelligence!

    I love La Redoute! You can't fault the clothes, which are stylish and well-made, or the value for money. I've found the website easy to use, although it's a good idea to have the catalogue with you in case an item can't be found online. That way, you can just put in the catalogue number. Also, I like the numerous discounts offered, and the free gifts, and the possibility of having a 'try now, pay later' payment account.     I ordered three dresses from La Redoute. They charged me for the goods and dispatched them - but to the wrong address. Three months later, 2 helpline emails that have gone unanswered, 4 calls to their 'helpline', 1 complaint in writing and four sets of further junk mail later - and they have failed to provide a refund, to close my account or offer a written apology.

    I've ordered twice from La Redoute: the first time I ordered online and the delivery took 5 weeks although all the goods ordered appeared on the website as available for shipping within 24 hours... the second order I placed in September this year and I still haven't received anything: they sent the parcel to the wrong address and someone signed for it.     LA Redoute- I'm not really a 'catalogue shopper', but I had tried 'Choice for You' catalogue on 2 previous occasions and they were good.

    I thought i'd order 2 items on La Redoute. unfortunately it was a nightmare! After 2 weeks they decided one of the items was out of stock permanently, and the order took about a month and a half to arrive. It was left in the recycle bin outside my house!!!!!!!!!

    I will continue to purchase goods from la Redoute, with confidence in the quality, but I will purchase via the internet rather than the telephone in future. I found the telephone sales person quite frustrating to deal with because of her lack of knowledge.

    I have been a customer at La Redoute for more than 3 years. The quality of the clothing is brilliant! The prices are reasonable too.

    The delivery service could not be worse. I ordered a pair of tennis shoes in January 2005, and I only received them in mid-March, when I was told that the expected delivery time was within a week!

    Overall their items are so cool, and much cheaper than other catalogues and shops.
