North Finchley branch today. Finally my number called my order was being checked, the member of staff decided to walk off after checking one of four items I purchased, I waited another 8-10 minutes before the rest of my order was checked.. during this time the same staff member walked past me five times! I understand that at times it maybe busy... “Sold used item with missing part”

I purchased a fit ball from Argos. When I arrived home and opened the box. I saw hairs and bit of carpet and other mess on the item. I realised it was used and missing the hand pump. So how could this have been returned in the first place. Surely Argos would of checked the item. I am now trying to get my money back. Ordered an oven for new kitchen, but it was delivered with a huge sticker on the glass door of top oven, and not only was it almost impossible to get the horrible sticky stuff off (I still haven't got it all off after months of cleaning/soaking etc), but the sticker has left a PERMANANT imprint of the small-print text that was on the sticker. “dont believe a word they say!”

Ordered a product to be delivered to my house, it was faulty so they said I could have a refund and arranged a date for the item to be collected. They said it would be between 7am and 8pm so I waited in all day and nobody came. I contacted them again, and again they arranged for the item to be picked up today. Due to poor product quality control the feathers were not washed and the duvet smelled like bad fish, making it impossible to use. Arranged delivery for Mon 19/09/16, upon arriving at my flat with the fridge freezer, the two men declined taking it to my kitchen upstairs, then get me to speak to their manager on the phone.
