Very poor service, not qualified who makes wrongly decisions. The law is not take rules for them regarding for the process of refunding or changing (28 days). Very rude people in the store. Bought an Acer Iconia One B3 A30 10.1 Inch 16GB Tablet from a store based on great reviews on Argos website. When I got the product I thought it's quite slow, the photos/videos from camera are bad quality, battery life was poor etc. Tried to return it a few days later and was blatantly told they will not accept a return because it was used. “Pretty quick fix service”

I bought an Acer Switch 12 2 in 1 laptop from argos store in goole just before Xmas 2016, i was very happy with it but it developed a fault and I had to take back to the store, I dropped off on a Monday and had my laptop back on the Friday, to be honest I was gobsmacked at how quick it was. The ssd drive had slipped it's connection and just needed putting back, the engineer called me to discuss what had happened, he then updated the bios and drivers and sent it back. “ST 256 delivered my Dishwasher”

I was truly delighted with the installation of my Dishwasher until I tried to use it & it would not work, coming up with an error code, because the engineer did not stop the hose from kinking up after the initial test program. I have visited many different stores country wide and find the service extremely varied from place to place. “white faux leather sofa”

Do not buy any white faux leather items from Argos. I bought 2 sofas and a dining table and chairs set. The website describes them as being easily wiped clean leaving them looking as good as the day you bought them. However after only a few months of use they have been dyed blue from clothes. There was no warning of this and when I called to complain I was told it was my fault because of the way i used them, I shouldn't have sat on them without a cover! “Awful. ”

North Finchley branch today. Finally my number called my order was being checked, the member of staff decided to walk off after checking one of four items I purchased, I waited another 8-10 minutes before the rest of my order was checked.. during this time the same staff member walked past me five times! “Sold used item with missing part”

I purchased a fit ball from Argos. When I arrived home and opened the box. I saw hairs and bit of carpet and other mess on the item. I realised it was used and missing the hand pump. Ordered an oven for new kitchen, but it was delivered with a huge sticker on the glass door of top oven, and not only was it almost impossible to get the horrible sticky stuff off (I still haven't got it all off after months of cleaning/soaking etc), but the sticker has left a PERMANANT imprint of the small-print text that was on the sticker. “dont believe a word they say!”

Ordered a product to be delivered to my house, it was faulty so they said I could have a refund and arranged a date for the item to be collected. They said it would be between 7am and 8pm so I waited in all day and nobody came. I contacted them again, and again they arranged for the item to be picked up today.
