I went into Argos in Fakenham Norfolk on Tuesday to buy two 22" tv's for the spare bedrooms. They were out of stock so I bought 1 x 22 inch with a dvd player in it and ordered another without. They only had stock of one with a dvd player so I couldn't take 2. The lady told me that they were out of stock at their Cromer branch as well and that it would have to come from the warehouse. We purchased a new Bush fridge freezer from argos on line. We booked the delivery date as the 21st Jan between 7am and 12. At 8am on the 21st I received a message from argos telling e that the item would be delivered between 7am and 9am. Great. At 12 I called argos only to be told that the delivery had been cancelled as it was a large item. I had not been told about this and I had taken the day off. Recently purchased an x-rocker gaming chair from Argos - big mistake!!! It was cheap on price and even cheaper on quality! “In store feedback here as it's the only place to explain”

Having no where to be able of giving feedback on the instore side of this organisation I will make my point here. I have noticed a tactic through out your stores, where the instore machine will tell you that you have the item one want to purchase, only to be told at the till that you don't but can get it for four oclock the next day or even that day. I spent the best part of an hour, assebling a t.v. stand from Argos. argis direct- don't bother. Ordered a bed 19 November 2015 for delivery 20 December 2015. They phoned 19 December to say stock issues so couldn't deliver.
