Good Points: Good customer service, handmade, good quality products, unique gifts
Bad Points: None found. It's handmade for you, so personalised gifts won't be available next day. A small sacrifice for the right gift though!
General comments: Wax and Wane, http://www.waxandwane.co.uk, is a great place to buy Unique Personalised Gifts. I recently purchased a Silver Anniversary candle for my Mum & Dad.
I was astounded at the level of customer service that I recieved, all my details were checked and confirmed by me. It felt very personal (this doesn't happen often for a web-based order).
The handmade gift was wonderful. The attention to detail was great and my parents just loved it. The pictures on the web are good, but nothing compared to the real thing!
Another review mentioned a clunky ordering process, well I think that has been resolved now, it all worked smoothly for me. I was also kept up to date with the progress of my order.
I would highly recommend Wax and Wane for any personalised gift and will use them again in the future.

On the bad side, their ...
